Wish I went here sooner! Awesome and unique little spot in downtown Trail. Amazing food, huuuuge portions and great prices. This was legit better Mexican food than I’ve had in Mexico lol. Cool and quirky atmosphere, good tunes playing and the service was top notch. Will definitely be going back when looking for lunch or dinner again in Trail!

Massive improvement since last time we visited. The food is much better (more flavourful, better quality ingredients). The prior menu was overwhelming with too many items, but it has been paired down. The new staff were also friendly and attentive. Glad we gave this place another chance.

This place is awesome. I’ve been lots of times in all kinds of moods, and they always are kind while serving up some delicious food and drinks! It’s a great vibe, always something curious or entertaining to look at, good music to listen to, and nice people around to say hi. After many visits, I realized I need to finally log in to Google on my phone so I could leave a review for this awesome place. Plus, what a catchy name! Edited to add: typed out while ordering… my food came super fast and is soooo goooodddd!

Love this little place! ( Which is actually bigger than it looks inside )
Stopped today and tried the Burritos. They are huge and yummy and come with a side of home made chips and salsa which is also good. Had to take half the burrito home because I couldn’t finish it. Can’t wait to go back and try the tacos, too. The menu is pretty diverse for a little restaurant and all the flavours and freshness that you hope for are there.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and you get value for your money.
They have some Post-Game Smokies specials, and a great drinks selection also. Definitely recommend and will definitely go again.
Clean cute bathroom too

Calamari was absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. Everything came out cold. The shell for the Gordita crunch tasted like it was fried yesterday. I ordered 3 things and didn’t eat all 3 items. Staff were nice.

I freaking love this spot. I am new to Trail and already have been here three times. Well priced, good food, great portions, excellent and great drinks.
The only issue I have it’s a bit overheated inside- for me it sets the Mexican vibe but can be overwhelming on a hot day. They do have a fan and I can always grab take out if its too much. Well worth it for the food.
Edit: I keep having the Gordita but made with chicken, and it’s amazing. I am not sure of the servers name but she was amazing and got it perfect for my first visit and I keep getting it. She also painstakingly looked through the taco t-shirts trying to find one for me (for my Dad) but sadly they did not have the 2X size my dad would have loved, I’ll try again next time I’m there

We recently moved to Trail and stopped in for lunch to take a break from unpacking.
I had the Shambhala Lemonade which was delicious and so fun with a pop rocks rim!
We shared these fiesta cheese sticks which were sooo good. And also tried the chicken, pork, and beef tacos with the 3/$16 tacos.
The only sad thing was we wanted to try the soup and the fish tacos but both were sold out. But this is understandable, especially being a new-to-the-area restaurant.
The interior decor was awesome, the music was great (lots of 90s), and the service was friendly. It was a little bit pricy, but the ingredients seemed fresh and that is worth it in my books. Not to mention the cost of food has skyrocketed everywhere you go these days.
Definitely recommend and we will be back!

My favorite resturant in trail, amazing food & atmosphere. The fish tacos were out of this world & cant beat slushie drinks! When I’m sad that I can’t travel to Mexico I go here and feel like I’m on a vacation. It’s not hard to see all the hard work and dedication the owner has put into this spot, can’t wait to go back!
