Ordered chilaquiles and they didn’t even throw crema or cotija on there im pretty sure they used velveeta cheese, asked em for some extra chiles and they laughed said they don’t have any chiles on site which is hilarious considering they are a TACO truck, most of the dishes I asked about they had no idea and had ti look at a piece of paper to recite what it was, granted I only paid like 4.50 but im pretty sure all I got was some soggy tostitos chips with tostitos salsa and no egg on top, like absolutely zero seasonings. Ive eaten at taco trucks that have made me sick for an entire week that taste better than Taco Casa

I visited Taco Casa on February 8th and placed a $20 order. After paying, I was informed that they didn’t even have the food available to fulfill my order. I cancelled immediately and requested a refund, which the restaurant agreed to. The charges were reversed while I was still there.
However, after I left the establishment, my bank notified me that the restaurant recharged my card without my authorization. Recharging a customer after agreeing to cancel and refund the order is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices.
Not only was the experience frustrating because they couldn’t fulfill a simple order, but the unauthorized charge afterward crossed the line. I now have to deal with my bank to dispute something that should have never happened in the first place.
Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to double-check their statements if they choose to eat here.
