Everytime I come here they do something weird with my food I asked for everything on the side I be wanting it in containers for the drive and they always randomly putting the meet in a Tray instead of a container. It be all dry. It’s so annoying

2:30pm on a Thursday. Not busy. This has got to be the most miserable crew of people i think I’ve ever seen. Here eating lunch while my car is worked on next door. The guy who took my order tossed my receipt on the counter at me. The blonde girl who acted like it was a challenge to bring my tray to the counter couldn’t even mutter “You’re welcome” after I said thank you twice. She did turn her head and roll her eyes at me though. Guess that would be acknowledgement. Do better Taco Casa.

Stopped in for some dinner first time here and we walk in the music is on classic rock and it is playing very loud. We told the lady who was taking our order and she said noted but did nothing to turn it down. The food was hot and had good flavor the only problem was my wife’s frijoles had a hair in it. She took it up to the counter and they were very apologetic and refunded the money for the dish. The restaurant is very clean and the only real issue is the loud music. Also the bowls were very dirty with sauce and beans running down the sides.

Edit 7/16 – just went thru the drive thru to try again and got the worst service, they’re out of basic things.. manager literally just shrugged his shoulders at me for asking a question.. so disrespectful… i asked them to cancel my order and drove away.. he laughed and told me to get lost… I’ll never be back and spread the word.

I live within walking distance of this location and have been eating there for years. They only reason I didn’t give them a five is because…I mean..it’s a fast food taco joint lol. That said, the food hits the spot and and super quick. It’s the perfect breakfast after a long night of partying. It’s light but satisfying for sure.
They also keep the place very clean. I will give them that. Almost every time I come in there, they’re mopping. And, the customer service is always chipper and attentive.
It if you’re in the mood for a quick meal that will hit the spot, this is the place for you.
I recommend the super taco. (I add onions)

So is this the new acceptable portion for tomatoes? I know for a fact that’s not even a full scoop. Do you like little to no topping for your nachos? I mean they cost how much for the Super Nachos? I didn’t want to leave a review but this is not the first time this has happened and I’m sick and tired of letting it slide. Someone needs to say something. If I pay for Super nachos like everyone else I expect an adequate amount of toppings for my nachos. Please address with your staff. Gave me more jalapeños than tomatoes and stuffed them in with the Tomatoes?

First off, Taco Casa is drunk food!! You know it ain’t great for you and will probably hurt in the morning, but you just keep coming back!
Today I was pretty shocked at my experience. I ordered a super nacho to go, simply, because I don’t like all my food mixed together. The chips were literally tiny crumbs. One of the workers had even taken a taco salad shell and broken into pieces because apparently there wasn’t enough chips to fulfill my order.
The nacho cheese was all over the container and on the bottom of the chips. I ate a couple, but then I realized I should just take this back. Usually I don’t take food back, but I went to the counter and ask if I could have a different set of chips. Even the gentleman who took my order was appalled when he looked at it.
But here’s where it got me. The cook in the back took my plate of chips and poured them back into the large container on the food line.
