I love the Chilada and this time I tried the tostada too. They do not skimp on ingredients. Better than most, Taco Casa makes items that look like the pictures on the menu. I placed my glasses next to the tostada to show how full/tall it is.

Found glass in my food the second time. Hair was in my tacos the first time I try them 6 months ago. Call the Supervise to tell them there was glass in my food, but had a bad attitude and said I put it in there. So they didn’t want to refund my money. Now out of good faith, I was going to try it again before I put the on the list of nasty places. A month later went in to get something to eat through the drive-thru. I found glass in my tacos call them again about it and still rude management. I’m not the kind of person to sue or call the report to BBB. I just want them to fix the problem with my food. Still have the food now I need to see if this what cause me problem now in my life.

Everywhere you go today the menu price has nearly doubled what it was a few years ago. Here is one of the biggest reason I see causing such price hikes. I visited this Taco Casa where I ordered 4 chiladas. The chilada already comes with an excessive amount of sauce. When I received my order included was 26 taco sauce packages. This after I had even said I wanted none. They did fail to include the forks that are necessary for eating this item. How hard would it be for an employee to ask the customer if they even want any and how many. That small effort would eliminate the bulk of waste. Not to mention more waste in our dumps since the majority of consumers are just going to throw it in trash.

Location is a little hard to get to because of the freeway. It does have a drive-thru and you can dine in. Taco Casa food is delicious as always.

This place is awesome. It’s like a way better version of taco bell. It blows taco bell out the water! The large sweet tea is only $1 and they have great specials depending on what day of the week it is. My only issue is the line gets pretty long when it’s hot out. Other than that the place is fantastic. The meat and cheese to lettuce ratio is the best around. They don’t jip you on the meat like other places they really hook you up. The sweat tea is some of the best around. It can compete with chicken expresses just not as sweet.

Drove across town because it says there open tell 11pm got there at 10:30pm lights were on drive thru sign was lit up so I pulled up and waited patiently after about 5 min without getting a greeting I spoke up said I’m ready to order. Got no response so pulled around to the drive thru window and a female employee was sitting there counting the drawer down so I asked her y’all close at 11 she rudely said they were closed now. Sadly since covid you can no longer trust posted business hours seems they just close when they want to. Maybe I’m old school but if you post your open tell 11pm if I get there at 10:59pm my business is welcomed

I eat here all the time. My tacos are always filled to the top.And there drive through is fast. 1/4 times I go there my taco shell isn’t fresh. Its not nasty but if I’m going to pay there prices for tacos I Want my dang taco shell fresh. Like freshly made still warm from it. Only thing I don’t like is the lurkers standing around the door begging for anything and everything. Now I’m not being mean. One day I walked out from the store with a big big bag of tacos and a man said he was hungry. Since every taco was accounted for I gave him 3 dollars. As I was getting ready to pull out I look back and the man thought I was and came back outside without getting food and ran off. Lessoned learned. It would be greatly appreciated if the owner could tell them to go so I can gt the things I want and need without being harassed.

Went to taco casa because they always hook up the cheese USUALLY but last night I received 5 tacos no lettuce and when I saw the cheese on all .I was extremely disappointed. The picture shows just how little cheese it had .(is there a cheese shortage?

Food is as great as always from Taco Casa. The only reason this location gets 3 stars is because the service was much below what we expect there. I, and others, stood for minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Watching people walk around behind the counter…. They couldn’t even be bothered to look up at us and maybe just say “I’ll be right with you”. When they finally came to take our order, there was no “sorry about the wait” or anything. So, great food, awful service at this particular location.

Food is always great. The staff at times seem a little uneducated and like they don’t know how to compose themselves in a working environment. It’s quick and efficient though.
