I never even tried Taco Casa until 2013. As far as fast food tacos, if you love cheese you’ll love Taco Casa!
Their spicy bean burritos are good. Combo burritos.. I haven’t had anything I don’t like.
Well, I lied I don’t really like their tomatoes on the taco salad. But you can always pick them off or ask for no tomatoes.
Daughter always gets tacos and asks for no lettuce. They don’t mind.
Jacky, we are gonna miss you
They do not hold back on the cheese . Love it .
The sweet tea is always on point .
Quality: Unfortunately, we received some meagerly filled Taco Lite’s all around, the meat and cheese quantities looked more like Taco Bell than Taco Casa and it was a forgettable food experience. To make matters worse, I doubt these folks will make it a point to ever revisit Taco Casa based on the quality versus other fast food chains – this felt no different than national chain fast food.
Price and Value: This location is an “expensive” Taco Casa at $4.59 for a Taco Lite. Two other locations that I frequent 3-4x/mo are $3.79 or $4.29 for the same Taco Light item. Prices for other items are similarly 10-20% more across the board. This coupled with the filling on our tacos and a burrito being light led to an overall poor value.
Cliffs: Poor experience at this location on this visit. Would encourage the store manager to compare this location to others for quality, consistency, and price, as this was underwhelming.
Then, he took a dirty green rag and wiped the top of my lid. I asked for a new lid and was met with attitude and hostility.
I spoke with the MOD and got the store managers phone number as the woman l spoke to works at a different location. She did refer to the cashier as “special”. I got the managers phone number and texted her, she told me the owner Randy Davis wanted to speak to me.
I called Randy and explained what happened. He got upset the worker was referred to as “special” and said “it’s stupid to call him that, it’s not like he’s retarded”. I was shocked at his choice of verbiage. Randy continued to interrupt and downplay what I was saying.
This is cross contamination, unsanitary and belittling.
Oh my.. really good flavor and amounts of meat and food was awesome. They didn’t hold back on toppings. Kids loved it. It was an awesome change from Taco Bell.. Different menu, great flavors, and service. We used drive-thru and didn’t go inside.
This location is always clean and the condiments and silverware are nicely organized.
