I have yet to be disappointed. The food is always correct and properly prepared. The staff is always efficient and friendly. It’s a great place to grab a snack, lunch or dinner. I wish they would buy out the Taco Bell in Hudson Oaks, that place is the exact opposite of Taco Casa (that’s coming from a Taco Bell Super Fan)!

Stopped at this location today was standing at the register waiting to be served. The cashier completely ignored me. A Caucasian lady came up behind me was immediately greeted and asked if she needed help. I just left. Sad that this is not acceptable. I went to the shell across the street. No thanks.. I love all people and respect them

Usually good service here, but tonight was awful. One of the cups of beans was only half full, and another that was supposed to add meat (confirmed twice) did not have meat. Also, several tacos were poorly packed in the to-go bag and completely fell apart and spilled everywhere. Please do better.

They put way too much ice in the drinks, 90% ice, 10% Sprite. My kids drinks were the same. We had somewhere to be so it was a bummer to barely have anything to wash the food down with.
