The food was wonderful as always, they also had a very clean restaurant and bathroom. They brought our food to us instead of just calling our name which I thought was really kind. I had mentioned to my husband while standing there that I forgot to order the cinnamon Delight things and the guy that took my order just put some on the tray when he brought them to me I had no idea he was going to do that and I thought it was so kind and sweet. All in all it was a really good experience.

Kelly was my Host, very sweet and kind. Food “SURPASSES” Taco bell by far. Sweat is so delicious and no holding back on the Chesse at all… Food is good! And unlike tacobell which kills my stomach! Haven’t ever had that at TACO CASA and homemade beans… ENJOY I KNOW I DO!!! Wish we had one in Colorado Springs, Colorado!!! Lord Jesus please give us a Taco Caso in COS…. TKS

At first I asked if they had taco Tuesday deals and was told yes so i ordered the deal and when I picked up my order the guy who took my order gave me an attitude due to not being able to hear him ask me how many sauces I wanted, (I couldn’t hear anything through the speaker system so I pulled forward ). Once I get home and see the receipt I was charge full price instead of the sale price. Was very disappointed with the whole experience :/

I drive thru 2-3 sometimes more times a week for the past 8 months. Always reasonably fast service, always good interactions with staff. I’ve never had my order given incorrect. Always a proper portion of food.

We haven’t been to Taco Casa in a while. Tonight, we found ourselves standing in front of a really sweet girl ( Kelli) taking our order. Mind you, I was special ordering and she did an amazing job checking to make sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately, an individual named Ronnie decided to interject himself taking over completely. By the time he finished I wasn’t even sure our order was going to be correct. This interaction was very rude and I could see Kelli was embarrassed. I told her she was doing an amazing job. If he is in some sort of management position, he needs to observe and help, not take over. As a manager in Healthcare for over 30 years, I can tell you he was way out of line. He made her feel inept and that is not okay.

I previously gave Taco Casa a 5 star review. We rarely eat fast food, but when traveling, they are always my choice. The other day I craved their nachos. At over $9 it is pricey, but i craved it. I went to the drive through and requested everything separate, as I can’t ever eat all in one meal and don’t like soggy nachos. What i got was completely broken pieces of chips and not much queso. So disappointed!
