Food is hit or miss some days. Taco burger is always messy. I NEVER GET UTENSILS!!! NEVER EVER. Don’t even bother asking for any because the will never give you any!! I had to drive to 15th street location to get a fork because I have a long drive ahead of me!! Some people just seem so miserable as everytime i get to the window, its, “you had….” & thats all the communication you get. No smiles. No how are you, nothing.

Horrible experience. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so decided to go inside to purchase my to-go order. After sitting there for a half hour in front of the counter, I stood up to check on the order since several people who ordered after me had already received their food, to only find out they lost my order. I overheard them say that there was a power glitch but not once did they offer an explanation so I asked for a refund. Someone in the back said that they were working on my order. There was no sense of urgency at all when they realized what happened. When they handed me my food, they did not offer an apology. I am a very understanding guy, and had they been genuinely concerned and apologetic, I would have been fine but no one there has had any customer service training. Taco Casa, please do better.

Taco Casa is a local favorite here in Tuscaloosa. The restaurant is locally owned and operated. I believe there 5 locations here in Tuscaloosa. The food is great along with the service. It’s actually become a top stop for folks that are returning in to Tuscaloosa. We stop in at least once a week. You should as well!

This place has gone so far downhill ever since the kids took over. Do they not serve meat anymore? My last couple of trips I don’t think I was given enough beef to combine into a single burrito. So little beef that the tortilla deflates completely. Sad to see how far they’ve fallen.

The location on rice mine is always clean and I love the music they play over the speaker too…I wonder what radio station that is.. my food is always fresh and hot plus I get excellent customer service..all I can say is keep up the good work I recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!!
