I was actually enjoying my meal but as I sat there just looking around and observing i felt sick. I noticed the young gentleman wearing gloves to type in an order and with the same gloves go and start mopping then when the food was ready without removing those same gloves he delivered someone’s food his hand slipping slightly into the tray that had some food. Sad to say another worker also did the same. After working in food myself and having worked with Health Inspectors I know for a fact it was not okay. I thought about saying something then but for the sake of my family that was already enjoying their food I stayed quiet. Please please either retrain or explain food safety

Visiting from California, never even heard of taco cabana before. I came in and Bernis and Armando took very good care of me. She made excellent recommendations and everything they made was actually top quality food. I was expecting Taco Bell type of food but it was much better than that. They took care of every need. I am now a lifelong fan of taco cabana.

Had the mixed fajita skillet and that was decent… you have to remember this is a Tex-mex and not Mexican restaurant so flavor is going to be lacking but for quick bite it’s ok…. Young lady at the counter was professional and the restaurant was clean…. Salsas are not spicy at all….. son had the carne asada tacos he said they were also alright…..

Just no. Serving size.. small. The wraps on the burritos and soft tacos were horrid…I like soft, these were just mushy. The steak on the taco.. awful seasoning. I ate a couple bites of each and gave both to other family members. This was my first time trying them… will not be going again.

Where’s the meat??? I paid $40 for our meal and there was no meat whatsoever. I ordered the cabana bowl with chicken fajita and chicken fajita nachos. Both had NO Meat, probably an ounce of tiny tiny pieces of chicken. Total rip off!!! They need to close this place down if they don’t want to serve quality food. Also where’s the guacamole? They advertise on National television with guacamole and sour cream on nachos as well and I didn’t get any of it . False advertisement! So if you wanna pay $40 for beans and cheese, this is your spot. Taco Bell is better and that says a lot sadly.

The lady on the counter had an attitude, she took my order rolling her eyes and i told her we were dining in and still gave me my order on bags. There was only two families inside a total of 7 people and still took them over 20 minutes to get my order also she started putting away the salsas bar before 10pm we had to eat our food with out any salsas. Very bad service definitely do not recommend eating in grab you food and run before they spoiled your night.

We came later in the evening and they were still willing to accommodate us. I had no idea how huge the loaded nachos would be, we definitely could’ve shared. My husband ordered one of the current specials… something like an asada potato burrito. The staff made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had the salsa we needed to go with our meal. My kids love this place and we will definitely be back.

I ordered the brisket tacos that are made with flour tortillas according to the picture. I get home and it’s regular beef ground beef tacos, corn tortillas! Then when you call, the calls never go through; no one picks up ! It had been about two years we had stopped going there and I forgot and went again!! Bad choice !! It looks like they hire people that qualify if they can count to ten!

First time at this place and the food was amazing! Totally unique experience as well! Wish they had them closer to where we live! Kids menu was great! So many choices and a super nice experience with staff and dining room was clean!
