I use one star because I can’t put none. They took my online order for curbside and when I went to pick the order, the door was closed and the line in the drive thru was super long. I waited there assuming I’ll get my order there and when I talked in the microphone, i was told they decided to close earlier. So, basically they didn’t care about the customers. Terrible service. I will never go there again and I’ll make sure corporate is aware of this.

If we could only give 0 stars, I would 100% do that. We were in the drive thru ordering and as most places I am sure hearing through a headset was difficult. We see the price and try to confirm the items because it seemed too low so before pulling up we wanted to make sure all our items were accounted for. When we ask how many of the items we had we were told “just one” and we respond saying “we want two”, the employee then goes on to throwing a huge sigh and stops midway of her starting to go off. First of all, we are going as consumers, nothing is given for free. Second, if she had taken the time to confirm our order in the first place then she wouldn’t have felt “frustrated”. Then she starts trying to speak Spanish, assuming ethnicities which is again wrong. If anything, she should’ve asked us to pull to the front because it was hard to hear. The service was terrible and the sad part is that the staffs attitude was enough for us to not even get our food because we were afraid it would’ve been messed around with. How sad, based on the reviews from other consumers it seems that this location needs a whole staff AND management change. Service will take down an establishment and that’s exactly what’s happening here.

Shocked that this was so bad. I love TC, but the food at this location was awful. The manager was rude. I see this in other reviews as well. How is he still employed? If the owner is not reading their reviews, they should.

This particular Taco Cabana was in serious need of help. Very dilapidated and the staff working in the kitchen were standing in quite a bit of water. Not at all friendly and short staffed. Bathrooms were disgraceful. There was this guy hanging around just outside that was creepy and just circling the place. Don’t think we’ll go there again.

The manager made our food and burnt it and we didn’t see til we got home and they were closed by then. When we brought the burnt food back the manager got an attitude about replacing it but remade it. Then he didn’t even remake it correctly, on top of that he didn’t even cook the food to where the cheese on the quesadilla melted. It never fails, this place always messes up your food if you don’t go in to make sure it’s done right. I hadn’t been there in awhile so I thought things would change, guess not.

Ordered some bean and cheese tacos. Noticed that they were completely flat with basically the thinnest possible spread of beans and no cheese. Asked if they could give me regular sized ones (like I’ve gotten 100 times before) and was given attitude from a cook and manager. He said the beans are watery today thats just how it is. Makes me sad cause I’ve been coming here half my life.
