Waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes. Ordered a single soft beef taco plate. No reasoning for the long wait. Food was good but just not worth the hassle of the wait. Have had issues in the past with orders being incorrect but tonight at least the order was correct today.

Not impressed and disgusting food. Waited 45 minutes to get the food. Everything is microwaved in plastic containers. Then watched them use actual cardboard containers as spatulas to get food and sauces out of hot bins to transfer it on to the food. They then Store the food in plastic bags which then get transferred into high heat metal bins which release bpa toxins into the food. All thier meats, sauces and food is stored as such. I’ll never be going back there. Then they microwave everything!!!!!!!! Disgusting. Actually the health department will be getting a call from us to have it inspected. Not Worth risking your health or money.

Waiting 40 minutes AFTER placing an online order at a fast food place is Ludacris.
Half of the staff stand around while two people rush around preparing everything.
I also can’t believe that a broken down car has been rotting in their parking lot for over 2 months.
*Updated to add, they made my order wrong then the worker just scooped off what I didn’t want instead of remaking it.

Again this is a complete joke. Ordered chicken fajitas meal. Did not get green peppers or onions, no pico, cheese, sour cream. Ordered extra guacamole that I paid for and got queso, ordered 4 fried pies and got 3. I was there a week ago and waited in drive through for 15 minutes for 6 breakfast tacos. Was told only 2 of us are here. I’m not coming back

I would have rated the service higher if the team member who took my order was less rude and if the person who handed me my order made eye contact. Food quality has really gone down while prices have greatly increased. I won’t buy from this place anymore.

I’ve been coming here for years and think I can only remember one time I had any problems at all and it was merely due to staffing issues. It’s always clean, people are always friendly and helpful, and food is always up to par. I love to come here on a weekend morning with my grandson. It’s always a pleasant experience.

September 18th around 8:30 I came in to pickup an online order. I couldn’t add jalapeños on the app with my order so I went inside to ask for some with my order since it wasn’t complete yet. I go to the young woman at the counter and ask if jalapeños can be added to my order, without speaking she points to the set up in the middle that has salsa, jalapeños, etc. I go over and see there’s no jalapeños, I go back and ask if they have more. She goes to the back and grabs a small container of them and throws them on the counter without saying anything again. I see a bag on the counter and ask if its mine, she says yeah. I realize part of my order isn’t inside so I wait. She eventually comes back and asks “Are you waiting for something?”. I told her I don’t think my cabana bowl is inside the bag. She looks at the screen then grabs a box in front of her and also tosses it on the counter. I felt very uncomfortable and the store was empty besides myself. I don’t know why she had such an attitude but I don’t think I’ll be back to Taco Cabana ever again because of how uncomfortable I felt. I already spoke to customer service and they did nothing so that shows me they don’t care about their customers.

Had dinner here on May 3rd. The food was pretty good. They were not busy, so the tables should have been cleaned better. Most of the staff was friendly. I think they were having some problems with their tortilla machine.

So I have waited to review this place until I have been here a few times. So after about two years of visiting I will say that they deserve 5 stars. They are a fast food chain and should be judged at such.
They serve for decently fast, with okay freshness but have good integrity and are willing to correct their wrongs when they happen. I never expect perfection at a place where you can have a hefty meal for under $25 but accountability is everything.
Every time I have had an issue with an order they are receptive to hearing my issue whether I call or visit in person. Actually listen to my complaint and give options to make things right. Each time they do this WITHOUT attitude or negativity.
The food itself is a good variation of traditional Mexican cuisine but as with any fast food spot sacrifice some quality for speed and cost. Don’t expect top of the line anything but for the cost it matches up well. They have a broad variety of options and are not afraid to handle any adjustments due to preference or allergies.
The inside seems well kept and matches the theme of the restaurant. I’ve never seen it dirty or disorganized regardless of the day of the week.
The food could be better especially the corn tortillas but you do get what you pay for at the end of the day.
