I ordered a bowl and a couple tacos from the taco cabana on I 10 and Dezavala. I pulled up in the spot that was designated. I tried calling up for them to bring out my food, but nobody answered the phone. I went inside and my food was ready. I took it and they were very cordial to me.
When I got home, the food was still warm and delicious. They gave me plenty of napkins, picante sauce, and silverware.
I definitely will order again, thank you

Likely the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. If your employees are using this restroom, you can bet the restaurant is just as contaminated. I get it, it’s food service and it gets busy- but it definitely needs attention more regularly.

We ordered our food I went to the restroom and my boy fried asked for ice. The cook told him there was no ice and shortly after a guy came to the counter and asked for ice he was brought ice from the back.

Tried the brisket mac-n-queso and the brisket tacos. Both were very delicious!
My grandsons will never pass up the bean and cheese tacos….they’re always devoured quickly.

This location was very disappointing. As drive through customers were coming inside to complain about their orders. The wait for dining & picking up was ridiculous. I sat there & waited for a good while, but one customer ended up speaking up. I had ordered the cheese quesadilla & my friend ordered the bean & cheese burrito. The only problem with our food was when I did receive it my cheese quesadilla it was at room temperature so it was obvious that it was made & sat there till they made the bean & cheese burrito. They obviously need more help or get more training at this location. Another problem that I saw was that they were calling the last number of your order which is not a problem, but they should tell the customers not expect us to know I was expecting them to call out in my whole number, which is only three numbers, and I wasn’t the only one that was confused by this.

This location was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I am beyond disgusted by how poorly the entire situation was handled.

When I paid for my order, the cashier, Cecilia, was about to hand me 71 cents in nickels and a penny. I politely asked if I could instead give her 29 cents so I could receive a full dollar back. While the register was still open, she refused—claiming “the system wouldn’t allow it.” I accepted that explanation and calmly asked for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere.

That’s when everything went downhill. Instead of returning the $10 bill I paid with, they handed me $9 in bills and the remaining dollar entirely in nickels and pennies. I asked the manager to verify that it truly totaled a dollar—and, of course, it didn’t. It came out to 95 cents.

Then, unbelievably, Cecilia suggested they call the police—over a refund discrepancy of five cents. I was completely stunned. After waiting over 15 minutes while they fumbled between two registers, I refused to leave short of my full refund.

Let me be very clear: I never raised my voice, never used foul language, and asked for the refund before the food was even brought to the register. This entire scene unfolded in front of my young son—all because I calmly requested the money I was owed.

To think that the San Antonio Police Department was nearly called over a refund request is beyond appalling. This experience was not only unprofessional, but deeply humiliating and infuriating. I will never return to this location again. I’m definitely filing a corporate complaint.

Don’t come and waste your time at this location please. Saturday December 27th my family decided to dine in at 10:30PM. We noticed all doors were closed and they have a listing on their door that Fridays and Saturdays are open 24hours?? I see no reason for doors to be locked. Now I wonder why there is shinkinage of Taco Cabanas closings.

We are regulars at this location. It is super family-friendly. We have been coming here for years, and the menu recently had a fresh update. The staff is friendly, the salsa bar fresh! Customers can choose indoor or outdoor seating. The food comes quickly, which is always a plus when eating out with kiddos. Everybody can find something on the menu to enjoy, but we always get extra tortillas!

We were disappointed in the flavor and quality of the food. I had gone there years ago and it was really good. But now they’re just an expensive worse taco bell. The staff was awesome and the place was clean . The food wasn’t .
