I came for the happy hour Margarita Special and the two crispy tacos for $5.00. I was charged $2.99 for one soggy taco that looked like Taco Bell and $3.99 for the drink since I was 11 minutes early for the special. It would have been great if Sylvia told me that before charging me! Then there was no Pico De Gayo Salsa because they said there was a tomato shortage?? What?? Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Ordered online not too long before they closed @ 2 am, had gone out of town to the river for the day & was craving cheese enchiladas & every other Mexican food place was closed already. The enchiladas were great and Diana was sweet, even though i added 2 sodas & asked for lots of salsa at the drive thru window, lol. She told us to be safe & have a good night when we drove off. Now that’s good old fashioned sweet service!! Thank you, Diana!

So I’m not really sure how many stars to give. I was over by the mall and was in dire need of breakfast tacos. I unfortunately came to Taco Cabana. The best thing was the salsa bar. Great flavors! The steak taco was really good and tender. The bacon was crispy 3 hours before they served it to me. The tacos were soaking wet. No, I mean seriously soaking wet. It made the flour tortillas soggy and slippery. Not a very welcoming presentation in a breakfast taco. You can see how much the napkin soaked up. The floor was extremely dirty around the lobby and no ice in the soda machine. Not a very well ran restaurant but these problems can be easily fixed. I forgot to mention the 5 minutes we stood at the counter waiting to order while 2 people stood at the grill talking and then decided to finally grace us with their presence.

Ordered two breakfast tacos in the app from the Taco Cabana at San Pedro & Rector, a steak and egg and a carne guisada. After maybe 15 minutes I pulled up to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order. I barely pulled up to the window and my order was handed to me. Fast! The steak and egg was great, a generously filled taco, not just the egg but also the steak. The carne guisada was pretty much a gravy taco with a couple of very small pieces of meat. ☹️ Would have been a 5 star experience if not for the very disappointing carne guisada taco. The flavor was good though!

I had enchiladas, rice, beans, two tortillas, and a large drink for dinner. The enchiladas were hot and fresh. I made rice & bean tacos to finish off the plate. I also picked up a Carne Guisada taco and some chips & salsa for my Mother to go. Everything was delicious. My Mother was very happy with her meal.

I had a great experience at this particular location. The food was hot. Fajita’s were full and well worth it. They even put the onions and bells on the side . So I could make my own. The cost was very reasonable. I spent 17 there yesterday. I ordered the 2 fajita combo. Came with a drink and a huge side of chips with cheese. Great job ! And the ladies were so nice. That is what Taco Cabana used to be at all locations. This one is the Best

Love TC and the workers here are typically pretty nice but I know I would not be as nice if I had to work as understaffed as they are. Every time I come past maybe 8/9 there’s 2 maybe 3 people max and always have to wait forever. If the staff is ever rude I truly don’t care because I’d be mad too.
