Deserves no stars ordered nachos received a flour quesadilla stale chips never again will we return. Beef burrito was a bean burrito. Definitely won’t return I still had to cook dinner. They don’t answer the phone to correct the situation. They need better employees who can read and listen to customers. Instead of pushing chips and queso. Which i didn’t want but are on my order

Von was so great. He was very friendly and explained everything. He also put my order in separate bags like I asked with a smile on his face. What an incredible attitude and work ethic! Thank you Von, you made my day better with your kindness. The food was delicious and perfect to my large order as well. I will definitely be returning!

This Taco Cabana is a bit of a hidden gem in the Woodlands. It’s tucked away just a bit. GM of the restaurant waited on us ,very friendly guy. The food was very good. Not quite to the level of pre-covid yet but they’re on the way. No music playing but compared to some others I’ve been to, that was a good thing. All in all, I would recommend them for breakfast or lunch any day. Place was was very clean!

We went here in the evening when the inside was closed. The food was good but the older lady running the drive through truly does not like her job! She was very short and rude! Hurrying us through the order! The company would have made more money except she cut us off repeatedly asking gig that was it after one item was ordered so we said it sure is! It’s sad because the food was actually good.

The food was great for not having had taco cabana in over 3 years. My downfall was not getting the sauces I ordered on my online order. And also the drive thru service wasn’t that great. Other than that not a bad experience.

I would love to taste the food but the poor service led to me not getting any food. The staff, while obviously short, have choose to prioritize DoorDash orders ahead of in store customers. After waiting 10 minutes at the counter to place an order, I choose to go somewhere else.

My coworker who ordered ahead of me said that he had waited quite a while as well.

I ordered my dinner through Uber eats. I ordered the taco plate with beans and rice and once my order was opened up my tortillas were street tacos. I didn’t order street tacos. I ordered regular tacos. They gave me a little scoop of beans and a little scoop of rice, poor Service will never order from them again to Uber eats I paid $17 to Harley. Horrible horrible service should’ve given much more to keep customers happy and coming back and ordering again.

Absolutely terrible management. Went in with my dad and my 2 boys. We ordered the $16.99 half order chicken fajitas, was advertised on their menu at register AND posted on the wall. For $16.99, the guy at register said it would be 17.99 and that price went up. We asked if they could please honor the $1.00 difference and to get the manager. When the lady manager came, she was immediately very hostile and rude, asking why we were complaining about a $1.00 difference and the menu posted on the wall and at register is only for display. Only for display? Y’all are advertising a price that is not being honored. It is the PRINCIPLE. You guys have this advertised on the menu. I manage restaurants, open price the food as a manager and take the $1 off. The fact that the manager is telling us (as guests that frequent taco cabana) that’s it’s only $1 so why don’t we pay it? Is absurd to say to guests. If it’s just $1, then why can’t yall honor it? A manager should know to pick and choose your battles and that is no way to talk to your guests. It’s not worth losing guests over. This location I do not recommend and will not go to anymore. We came here because it’s close to church. I will stick with the Louetta location which is a little more of a drive but worth the drive and better. This 242 location needs help as that lady manager should not be in that position

The food at Taco Cabana is not great, but it’s usually at least agreeable provided you have the patience to wait for it. I was at this location at noon on a Saturday. They had at least 4 (and maybe 5) employees on hand at the time but only 3 customers – 2 inside and 1 in the drive-thru.

I know because I checked.

It took them a while to even take my order but eventually I was able to tell someone what I wanted to eat for lunch

Despite the dearth of customers and the ample number of employees available to service them, I waited and waited for my small order to be readied.

I finally asked about the status of my order. The individual who seemed to be the manager in charge told me they were working on it. There was a distinctly surly tone to her response. She seemed to be offended that I had the temerity to ask about my order

Trying to be helpful, I offered to go eat somewhere else if it was too much trouble for them to prepare my order.

She at least offered me a refund which I happily accepted and then bought my meal elsewhere.

It’s a strange business model. But who am I to judge? I don’t manage a Taco Cabana!
