Terrible. I ordered a cabana bowl from drive thru. Lettuce was not chopped properly. The meat was dry and old with minimal food inside the bowl except the large chunks of romaine lettuce. The lady at the window gave me food with cheese and beans all over the box. I had to ask for a napkin. Never going back. Establishment should rethink food service and hire workers that will prep food properly.

I sent someone to get me some nachos from here on the app they offer the kickin grande nachos (beef) for 10.99. The person proceeds to order this for me but the drive thru girl keeps asking the one for 3-4 people like 3 times. Like girl really so then I ended up getting the personal nachos I asked for no beans no queso substitute for shredded cheese. THEY PUT BEANS ON MY NACHOS ANYWAY. I won’t return because if you listen to order more then you tryna question it this would not be a problem! Then whoever answered the phone when I called to tell the mistake was rude as well

Our usually Taco Cabana that we go to closed due to COVID, so we figured we’d try this location tonight. Horrible. We got 2 orders of the ground beef kickin “grande” nachos (advertised as “shareable”) & there was literally more chips than any of the toppings. The food was cold & we discovered later that we were overcharged (advertised as $7.99 each, we were charged $9.89 for each). The only thing that was good were the margaritas (alcohol served on the side). I would not patronize this location again.
