The dining area and the bathroom were clean, although the toilet seat was broken. Salsa was fresh, but the soft drink dispenser was out of ice. I ordered the shredded chicken burrito for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was my burrito prepared quickly, but it was big, delicious, and worth every penny.

The manager was so rude when I ordered in the drive thru I should’ve drove of then. When we got the the window she asked and answered every question in one word. I asked for tap pay he stated that it doesn’t reach out the window. He refused to give his name. He was a older white male that looked like he stays home with his mom and plays video games all night.

I’ve been there plenty of times and there are times I’ve been there and the place smells like a sewer as soon as you walk in. Since they have corrected the problem. The food is good but the presentation is not good. It looks like it just thrown together.

1st it took forever to get service. When i did, i asked for a peach and mango refresher and it was not satisfying. It taste like lemon water. Then he made a strawberry refresher and when I asked him was it what I asked for; he lied and said it was.

This location is DISGUSTING! I suggested we come to my Mother-in-Law, Sisters-in-law, and my fiancé and Niece to have dinner here. The attendees were rude, texting during taking our order, rolling their eyes, and just outright rude. The floors are sticky. The kitchen looks like a bomb exploded. The salsa bar is dirty and flies are all over it. I am embarrassed. This is my favorite fast food chain. This management is bad of the staff can carry on like this. The floor is really dirty. We had to clean our table with hand sanitizer. We should not have eaten in. Now they are saying they are closing early bc there is so much going on and there isn’t enough staff to cover the shift…not enough cooks etc…What is going on?! Never again…

Two folks walked out and when they unlocked the door to leave two girls just walked in and ordered margaritas and walked out back to their car?! Somebody is going to lose their liquor license. (Management) If you don’t believe me check the tapes at 850pm~.
Got the GM’s business card. We’ll chat soon Sir.

Burnt chicken, little cheese on quesadilla. My mom ordered nachos, but the chips were stale. The bag they handed us in the drive-thru had sour cream and guacamole smeared all over the inside (on the bag, box and bowl). This location used to be one of my favorites. We will never go back.
