This was my worst experience ever. The food is so disgusting no flavor no seasoning. The food was cold when ordered and served. This is the worst place to get street tacos. I also ordered chips and queso I didn’t even receive my order for it. The service was even worse. No greetings or hello. The server just asked what do I want in a rude manner I will never order from here again

I loved my steak fajita burrito. We also loved the Cabana Sampler. The place was relatively empty so I had the whole staff to myself. One lady in particular was very helpful teaching me to navigate through the app while I ordered for my family. We had a nice chat while the food was cooking. Overall very pleasant and not rushed at all.

This was my 4th time going to Taco Cabana. I can say of a surety, Taco Cabana is a terrible place to eat. This food and presentation was horrible. My family and I all got different menu items and no ones food was good, nor did it look good. We were cheated in that the loaded all of our food with refried beans. My steak fajita burrito and beef burrito was filled with beans, it was rolled up very poorly and fell apart during unwrapping. The steak fajita bowl was filled with beans, not steak. The fajita chicken quasadillo was mixed with burnt pieces of brisket for some reason. Absolutely everything was soggy and drenched in grease. If I could have written this with no stars at all I would have, but I had to give it a star to get to the review. A place like this should not still be in business. I recommend if you’re reading this, pick a different restaurant to eat at.

I’ve been coming here for years and the drive thru wait time, is a minimum of 25 minutes! Tonight my total was right at $40 and after waiting for almost 30 minutes, my food was cold! We sat at the window for about 20 minutes before someone actually came to the window to take my payment. We check the order and the very first thing we ordered at the speaker was not rung up or in the order. I’m frustrated that this place has not improved. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant operate like this! I wish I could get my money and time back!!!!!!!!

Price for each brisket taco was $5.59. Wish I would have taken a picture of the brisket. It was stringy and hard and the amount in the taco was pencil thin. They have gone down hill big time.

The food was the worst I have had ever! First clue should have been there were beans wiped off the takeout box, the food looked like it had been tossed in the box. The chicken tasted like rubber and the tortillas looked like they were old and had been reheated!! She gave me 3 tortillas rolled up as extra in a separate foil wrapper, that looked worse than the others!!! Didn’t understand that!! Not to mention how indifferent and unfriendly she was and how dirty it was!! Never going back!!

This was my first time eating at Taco Cabana and whoever franchises this restaurant should not represent this company or any other. I ordered the 3-pack carne asada and waited well over 10min for these three, cold, dry tacos. The staff is lazy. I reference lazy because anytime you have time, you should check your restrooms and dining areas for cleanliness. The drink machine needed carbonation because everything tasted horrible. This place needs a new manager and crew a.s.a.p. I almost forgot… there was a whole person flat ironing their hair in the dining area…

First of all, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. They were already eating.
When we finally did get our food, it was cold. I asked and paid for a side of sour cream and got a drizzle.

The cashier was very warm and welcoming as I walked in.
Today is a rainy day and wasn’t really anyone inside but I love the atmosphere and the design of the restaurant!
It also has outdoor seating and a condiment bar for your meal.
Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting a quick bite for some tacos and queso.

This location Wouldn’t recommend. The dining area was dirty. There was no carbonation in the soda machine. They were short staff, tables had trash left on them. The salad bar was unkempt and unsanitary. I recommend that the owner need to visit the location.
