I was waiting at the to go window for 3 minutes. That seems like not a lot of time but it wasnt busy. No one was in front or behind. No one in the parking lot. They dont have their lights on. They straight up ignored me trying to get out of work. Well good job to this team, cuz no ones coming in now. 1 star.

Was just up there and got a 3 enchilada plate and they gave me double beans and no rice and I didn’t ask for that and my receipt doesn’t say that either. The girl was already talking to her co-workers saying that I was there too early and she was frustrated. I don’t care what’s going on you don’t do customers that way need to be more professional or find another job. Freaking ridiculous. Call the phone number here and they don’t give you option to talk to nobody it just forwards you to voicemail and you have to email them and wait. What a surprise you can’t call in to complain. wonder how many times that would happen a day

2. the cashier was having a horrible day, was extremely rude without reason and then shorted me a dollar $3 and change for this wildly overpriced food.
3. The soda mix was not syrupy and tasted like just carbonated water.
4. Even the chips were stale and chewy…

Bathroom code 1113! This location sucks!! It’s super dirty! I’m an ups driver and I had to use the bathroom but of course they said I have to buy something to use the bathroom which is stupid since ups drivers are limited to bathroom stops! Three out of five stars visit. Once ordering it was a challenge to find a clean table to sit down at while waiting for my food to be ready. The first table was very sticky, the next two tables had food pieces. I ordered the Double Mexican Pizza, was fresh, crispy and delicious. I would order it again. My husband ordered the Cabana Sampler and he said he enjoyed his food. While eating we noticed water or some type of liquid coming from under the kitchen door. They might want to get the leak checked or better cleaning.

I did not get any salsa with my half dozen breakfast burritos and the tortillas were hard as a rock. Missing the steak in my quesadilla. It was burnt bacon. The bottom of the pizza was soggy and fell apart like mush. There was only a 1/4 of a teaspoon of sour cream for an entire quesadilla and no guac. Food tastes horrible, old, and super burnt. Horrible experience.
