The food here is phenomenal and the service is super friendly! Unfortunately, it’s incredibly small portions for a lot of money… just paid $35 w tip for 6 little tacos. Very good but its half the portion and twice the price compared to nearby trucks.

I used to like this place a lot more but the last two visits have been meh. The prices are about 1.5-2x more than other taco trucks in the Valley, which would be fine if they knocked it out of the park. It’s hard to find much here now that costs less than $18 for mediocre portions. The last time we ate there, I got the $21 Jalisco plate which was pretty underflavored and a little soupy. They could have just been having an off day. I do appreciate that they were open because it was 6:15pm on a Sunday and no other taco trucks were open. It just feels like for the prices, it should be a sit-down restaurant with endless chips and salsa.

Really good food! I’m here for a month from San Diego and when I was here last for a couple months in 2013 there was no good Mexican food that I could find. These folks have been here for a couple of months and the food is legit. I ordered the enchiladas number 50 and it wasn’t a huge portion but it was delicious and their red salsa is very good and I’m very picky about that. The green salsa is kind of like a creamy avocado tomatillo style salsa. If you grew up in Montana you need to come here to see what real Mexican food taste like

We pass through Bozeman a few times a year and always stop to eat at various taco trucks. Nothing has ever been extraordinary enough to warrant leaving a review. These tacos are the best. Very authentic, the salsa is delicious. They are attentive enough to brine their onion in lime (a staple in Mexican cuisine you rarely find at taco trucks) and take your order with humbleness and respect. The gentleman was apologetic for making us wait a little whereas we have waited over forty minutes at other taco buses without the courtesy of an apology. All in all, I am very pleased—we all were. I highly recommend you stop here and offer this business an opportunity to serve you deliciousness you can only find south of the border.

The chile relleno and enchilada plate with verde sauce was SO delicious! Probably the best relleno I’ve ever had ~ and enough for two meals! (I started eating it b4 taking this pic.) The chef is very personable and friendly, too!

Super nice and friendly owners and the food was delicious! We had the six taco platter and a three taco platter. After finishing the tacos are only regret was that we had no more tacos drove around and almost went back and ordered more.

As someone from the south, I was missing authentic and flavored food. I’m so glad we found this place because I can easily say they have the best food and service in Bozeman, MT. The quesabirrias are the best but no plate ever misses to be amazing and flavorful.

I personally watched them “cook” the sides in their microwave, which is exactly what it looked and tasted like (refer to other people’s pics, etc.).
Bean and rice were awful, beef was more like jerky, tough tortillas, etc. I’d recommend going to other places in town or run up to Belgrade.
