They don’t answer the phone at all. Twice now I have order the BF chicken quesadillas and they have come as beef with a few pieces of chicken in them. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I work nearby and have given this place 3 chances; it got worse each time. I drive right past a Taco Casa each time, and wonder if I’m making the right decision. This location is a perfect example of why Taco Bueno is pretty much non-existent these days. Terrible portions, the tortillas are dry and overcooked, the muchaco tortilla thingy is cold and brittle, the meat is so dry it’s like sawdust, and the employees clearly do not want to be there.

I picked up my mobile order today and I was missing the frito burrito. I tried to call the store and the phone is not accepting calls. Order number 3196304. This is what I get for trusting the order was correct. Spent 30.00 dollars and got 25.00 of food. Won’t be placing anymore orders with this location. If you mobile order your food take the time to check the bag.

I just ordered a chicken quesadilla, two Muchacos, and three cheesecake chimis. They charged $29.something. The food was cold and a Muchaco was missing. This was my break. I tried to call the store, but the phone wasn’t working. Their service is not reliable. There were three ladies talking and one little kid in the kitchen.

They take almost 15 minutes to make individual items, during lunch hours, and take another 5 to figure out how to use the POS to take orders when there are single cars in the drive thru, I’ve eaten here 3 times and I won’t be doing so again, as it’s faster to drive to the Taco Bueno in Lakeworth to get the same food.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I waited at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes and received no response from anyone inside. When I drove up to the drive thru window, two women were laughing at me and joking around. Another woman came up to the window, so I asked if there was an issue with the speaker box, and in a very rude tone, her reply was “we cannot help you because you have a big truck.” I was absolutely appalled. She then continued to ignore me and began to take another customers order. My truck is a Ford F-350 Dually. I’ve been to multiple drive thru’s and not ONCE have I ever been refused service due to the “size” of my truck. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Please do not go here. I’ll definitely be taking this issue to corporate.

Tried to go through the drive thru, open sign clearly on, well before closing. Sat there for 5 minutes with no one answering. Pulled around front to one of the workers behind the counter doing the “cut off” sign across her neck. If your going to deny service at least turn the signs off.
