In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. I’ve recently had a BAD experience with the Lake Worth Taco Bueno…after frequenting this restuarant for SEVERAL years, to no avail. I have tried to call…phone ALWAYS goes to busy signal, written a letter, and included the receipts and info including phone number and address. NO RESPONSE EVER!!!
On FIRST occasion, I went thru drive thru, and was shorted beans and cheese. SECOND trip, missing THREE tacos!!! Not sure about everyone else, but money does NOT come easy for me! I don’t have it to throw away! I have requested that they make it right, but to no avail! Very disappointed! Not sure who’s fault it is, but receipt says Karla on the register. Never seen her up until THIS started happening. Again, after MANY YEARS of coming here. Will NOT be going here again! Will not until I am contacted, and it is MADE RIGHT!!! Taco Bueno…Lake Worth…OWES ME $10.06!!!

The food my friends ordered was plentiful. Mine on the other hand was not! I ordered the taco salad and it was just a dab of meat on a bed of lettuce. I don’t think it even had cheese on it! Didn’t like it at all!

Found mold on cheese , need to go back to shredding their own cheese, won’t mold.
They need to run more specials on party items to bring in more customers keeps things fresh. Taco Bueno is still better than Taco Bell and Taco Casa. Burrito had no chili on it a second time this has happened at another location they say sorry hope they can improve their game and step up their performance before they run off all their customers.

The cute white girl and mexican lady are always nice and kinda! The old white lady today was unnecessarily rude to us, they accidentally gave us beans instead of a cup of queso which is fine we just wanted what we asked for. I know the speaker has had problems before so maybe they just couldn’t hear, but you don’t have to accuse us of lying about BEANS and catch an attitude and argue with us saying “well i have 3 sets of ppl on the headset” I didn’t ask that . Miscommunications happen but you don’t have to be mad or rude over beans. Just do the job you’re paid for and fix the problem, or get a new job so you’re not so angry.

No Taco Buenos in Illinois. Was so excited. The food was fabulous but the young girl at the counter holding it up, needs to go. She was frustrated, deadpan & not helpful. All attitudes that NO business needs as your first contact.

Every time we come to this taco bueno the food is cold, it looks old and the beans are especially dry and salty. Tonight we ordered their regular bean burritos and requested extra chili sauce with an order of pintos and cheese WITH CHIPS. What we received was burritos with no chili sauce at all with a glop of curdled sour cream in each one (barf!) and a cup of dry bean dip. When we checked the receipt we were charged for 3 B.O.Bs and the added sour cream on everything which we did not ask for. Also no chips for the disgusting beans. Totally gross and ended up being a waste of money in the trash.

Polite but food was only ok. Guacamole was dark and it was old. Hardly any hot sauce in any container. Worst part was there was a HAIR in the chips. I had to dump out the bag in order to find it but it ruins your whole appetite.

Got the brisket quesadilla but hardly anything in here. And is not cut idk even if you are having a bad day a d work at bueno take pride in your work and do thing how you qould like them done to you. And be a little nicer at the window
