I see I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here. Ask for hot sauce at the window and wait for the eye rolls to start. I hadn’t been in awhile. I guess it will be awhile before the next visit.

Went to this location last night and it was horrible. The young woman working there was so hateful and rude. She literally threw our food down on the counter. And we had not complained or done anything other than place our order, around $50 worth.
Bean burritos were only beans and tortilla. No cheese, no sauce, and to top it off the beans were burnt with a bitter flavor.
Fajita roll ups were charred, cheese was burnt, the 2 tiny pieces of chicken that was in them was old and dried out.
Brisket taco had very little meat or cheese. More than half of them were just the tortilla.
We had a great experience here the first week they were opened, so we came back this time. Won’t make that mistake again. $40 of the $50 went straight into the garbage can. So disappointing as taco Bueno is my favorite fast food place.

This location needs some help. They forgot half of my order not once but twice, when asking for the rest of the order the attitude was absurd as if I, the customer, did something wrong.. we pay for our food and we expect it to be there. The customer service is very poor I did not have a “bueno” experience.

How do you go to a taco place & not get any hot sauce for your taco. I even specifically ask to please put some in with my order.
Drive threws suck. So now I’m home eating a taco & muchaco & almost $10.00 for very very poor customer service.

Ordered a taco salad, beef burrito, small tea, and four hot sauces. The total cost $15.12, I paid cash. When I got home we had zero hot sauces. Thanks for screwing up my meal. The sad part about this is the drive thru was not even busy. This was the second time this week that I ate at this location. It is also the last time I’ll eat here.

I was very happy to have a Taco Bueno open in town. I goat least 2 times a week since they opened. The service and friendliness of the employees has steadily declined since week 2. Today, I placed my order, confirmed it and it was still wrong at the window. When I got home I was missing a burrito, and they don’t have a phone number on the receipt. the phone number on Google has been busy for 20 minutes. Very unhappy customer.

Today was my 2nd visit to this location. I went the first week it opened and it was HORRIBLE! Today everything was hot and fresh. It was absolutely perfect. The cashier was kind and friendly. Today was a completely different experience. I’m so glad I gave it another chance.

They just opened and I’ve already been 3 times. Love this place. Good was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. The management was actually present and making sure everyone was happy. They treated the workers with respect and they were all working as a team. Was so nice to see this. Keep up the good work guys.

Let me say first I am a bueno head. Grew up eating it because it was super affordable. This was by far the worst experience we have had in 30 years. The young man working the drive through last night was not only rude but he was patting his body then touched our food without washing his hands. He didn’t acknowledge us when we pulled up to the window and he gave us a look as if we were a burden. Then after spend almost 50$ on food for my family he proceeded to tell me they don’t have any salsa and I said are you kidding? I proceeded to tell him I’ll just come in and make it on the self serve salsa area and he said no we are closed. He then says well if you weren’t rude I would have made you some. Are you kidding? We literally go to taco bueno for tacos and salsa. Thankfully the manager came to the window and gave us a refund and understood my frustration. I don’t spend my hard earned money to be treated as I am a burden. Very disappointing because our first experience was phenomenal at this location. My kids and wife were uncomfortable with the whole situation.
