In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. The food is normally good. I get the same thing everytime I go through the drive through. Today 2/5/27 as always I ordered the BO B and the muchoco with no beans. And they put beans after I told the girl 2-3 times. And I live in Garland. Didn’t realize they put beans until I got to where I was going. I do expect to be compensated.

We came here today, April 14th and it was pretty good. Food flavor was good, but the service was a little slower than usual. The lady that took our order was simultaneously also processing food, wrapping things up, bagging stuff and working the drive thru window. I’d imagine germs were spread all over and person to person, inside and out.
Gloves do no good if you do multiple job duties and don’t put on clean gloves after each task.

Kinda slow also food portions are extremely small. Won’t be coming back. Meal had absolutely no meat on it. We got a big burrito and burger with absolutely no meat that’s just unacceptable.

I just order 21 dollars worth of food. 3 Taco’s and a frito burrito and a Mucho Taco salad. I got to work allmy Taco’s only are not full of meat and they were not wrapped up tight so the contents are all emptied in the bag. I tried to call the Jupiter location but no one answers. I cannot leave work to head back there.Please let your employes ‘s know to chech the food before passing to the customer. I am so pissed my fatback was wanting the taco’s

This place will steal your money and if not purposely, they did it carelessly. My mom took my son through the drive thru last night after soccer practice (Sept. 3rd) around 9:00pm. My son got a large Sprite for around $3.99; when she checked her bank statement they charged her $11.99 for a large sprite. They did not offer her a receipt and it just being a drink she didn’t think about it. She has tried to call multiple times and no one answers. Just make sure you check everything if you go to this location.

This location is great! We drive almost twice the distance just to go to this Bueno rather than the one closer to us. The employees here are kind and accommodating.

Slow slow slow service at lunch time. I wasted my lunch break waiting on my food. I wasn’t the only one, other people were also annoyed. The lady taking orders was more concerned about the drive thru than the lobby.

I have been coming to this Taco Bueno for over 15 years. It has gone down hill very quickly. I really think the health department needs to make a trip out and give it a look over. They use their bare hands when dealing with food, wrapped a burrito on a plastic tray and its just over all dirty. This was all witnessed on my trip 10 minutes ago. I wonder what they do when know one is watching. I hate this because it used to be such a great place and one of my favorites.

Food was good but with everything going on with the licking of food, etc. Stood at the counter while they made our food. Since one of the ladies in the back did not have gloves on while touching and making the food. Also she did not have a hat on. We literally been driving all day all I wanted was Mexican food but fast an this was the closest.

We get food from this Taco Bueno every few months. While it’s usually at least acceptable, there have been a couple of times where the food leaves a bit to be desired. Tonight is one of those cases. There was some sort of large metal band in my beef muchaco. See the attached image. I bit into it and nearly broke a tooth.
