Im done with this location. They can never get the order correct. Decided to give it another chance and they did not surprise me. Order a beef mucho nachos and received a beef nacho salad. Order firehouse salsa and gave us regular salsa. I will no longer give my money to this location. Quality control is no longer a thing. It amazes me that fast food workers want to get paid more but cannot even get an order right time after time. Tried calling number to location and number is not accepting phone calls. Smh!

Where do I begin? I usually have a good experience at Taco Bueno but I had the worst experience at this location on 9/13/21. I went through the drive-thru, only to find out after I left that my food was wrong. I got the taco platter and they failed to put sour cream and guacamole on it. Also the tacos were majorly skimped out on toppings. The beans tasted like 2 handfuls of salt had been dumped on them. My food was completely slopped into the bag- there was sauce in the bag AND on the outside of the bag. When I asked the cashier to change it out, I found out after I got back to the car that she had changed it out for another one that also had sauce dripping on the outside. Also when I came back in to let the cashier know that my order was wrong earlier, she went to the back and told the girl back there and the girl had a major attitude and was like “what did she order” in a high pitch offended voice. The cashier was just doing her job- there is no need for an employee to talk to another employee like that- especially in front of customers. Oh btw, forgot to mention that one of the doors was locked-why? I don’t know because it was only 6:30 pm. The cashier was nice, but that’s the most positive thing I can say about my experience.

Terrible location. They turn off the lights well before closing time. I’d say this has happened to me at least 5 times. Getting your food takes forever even if there is no one in the drive through. I avoid coming to this location as much as possible but unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. This photo was taken 20 mins before they actually closed and shows that the lights for their menu is already turned off and they have their open sign turned off as well. I wish management would take care of these problems so that we can frequent this location without so much trouble…
Edit to add… was just told that their headsets were all dead. This place is being run by a couple of 15-16 year old boys right now that seem stoned out of their minds. After being handed my food the kid, not even in a taco bueno shirt might I add, asked if he could hit my vape…

i ordered a bowl w no lettuce .. i ended up w extra lettuce. Rice was hard. Chicken was dry & cold . And my whole bowl was just mush on top of that .
It was raining quite bad so we went through drive thru , no lights. Then was told there was a power outage the other day??? No. Its dark everyday. So i had to go inside IN THE RAIN and my whole order still gets messed up and was nasty . 0 STARS if i was able to .

Service was sub-par. Youngman came take our order then walked to drive thru window. Then came back very slow in answering Questions. We were there 30-45 minutes tables and floors were left dirty. The young man was on his cell phone. Disappointed in customer service and no attempt to clean tables and floors.

Where…to…begin….
First off l, had been going to this location from 2007 up until we moved further North in 2018.
Went back a couple weeks back, and then again tonight, as we were in the area.
As the saying goes: fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me….well shame on me tonight I suppose.

Worse fast food location in the area – and that’s saying a lot with the slow service at Whataburgers.
Both recent times it took well over 45 minutes from order to departure.

With 2 cars already at the window ahead of us, we waited 35 minutes just to get to the window.
When we finally pulled up, I kinda joked with the manager that was at the window if they had people call in sick or something…haha….well, he just equipped, Nope, and turned away.
Ok, fine. Maybe he was stressed out.
Well, after another 15 minutes, we finally had our food….or so I thought.
3 of the 7 items were missing.

So, I go inside.
There’s ONE customer.
I tell the dude in the kitchen (THE ONLY PERSON IN THE KITCHEN) what I was missing, and he apologized and headed back to fix them.

That’s when I saw the girl who took my order walk up from the back, and at a zombie snail’s pace, she started preparing food.
The smug manager then walks by, says nothing to me, and with a smirk on his face puts on some gloves.
He then goes over to the tacos that the nice dude had already started, and acts like he’s rolling them up… only he has no clue how to, so just leaves it and walks off.
He whispers something to the main kitchen dude, and just continues to waltz around the kitchen doing absolutely nothing.
No hustle, no apology, nothin.

The kitchen dude brings me my missing food within minutes, I thank him and tell him they need to get him some help.
He says nothing, turns around, and shuffles back into the abyss with the other zombie snails.

We finally departed after 54 minutes from order time.
Welp. They won’t fool me 3 times.
Stay away.
You’ve been warned.

Oh, and that manager should be fired.

We made an order after standing there at least 5 minutes. After making our order we went to a table and waited 15 more minutes..no food. I went and asked where our food was and was told they had started on it. I watched but nothing was being done so I went back and asked if I could have my money back. They gave my money back and we left! NOT HAPPY
