If I could give negative star reviews I would. I don’t know what’s been going on with this taco Bueno but I have gone there 2xs past 2 weeks and last week I went inside to order. There was 1 worker there putting in the tortillas to fry she had 5 double stacks didn’t pay no attention to me no nolage anything just standing there in the corner taking the taco shells in and out. Turned around to put some shells up still didn’t pay no attention to me. By now I was standing there for 11 min. Then another worker was in the back doing idk what but then came up to the front saw me standing there finally took my order 15min later. Monday went again my son wanted some tacos and burritos this time I went to the drive threw so I didn’t have to wait again atleast the drive threw they will have some nolage. Ordered the food 4 tacos and 4 burritos went home gave it to my son to eat its like they gave me tacos that where just sitting there they where cold I will not be returning to that location not for some 18.00 cold food

I’m a HUGE taco bueno fan but this location consistently gives out old chopped onions, limp pico de Gallo, and the worst happened today which was salsa that definitely tasted likes it’s starting fermenting. Their salsa bar sometimes tastes like a bit of soap is in the food, like they cleaned the bar containers but didn’t rinse properly. Sloppily ran place. Keep in mind I’ve eaten taco bueno happily for 25 years all over DFW and so I think I can tell when something tastes off. I have been here over 5 times over the past couple years and most of time something was stale or old. I’m at the point of saying I just won’t return. They need get this place retrained.

Employees really couldn’t care less about you or their jobs. Dead eyes, no smile, no “Hi, how are you?”. Looked like zombies. I just walked right out without another word.

The taco Bueno at Frankford and Josey… Waited. 5 minutes, eye contact made 3 times, no greeting, no “we will be with you shortly” just ignored. Left. Won’t make any effort to be back to this one.

The drive lady was nice. Quality of product – trash! Cost – overpriced. Taste yuck and very suspicious. Lettuce was bitter. Atmosphere depressing.

Quick service, and a good selection of Mexican fast food that is actually quite good. I’m still baffled as to why many people go to Taco Bell instead of going here. There just isn’t any comparison. You don’t get serious intestinal issues when you eat Taco Bueno. Has been one of my favorite fast food places for decades now. And prices are still reasonable.

Saturday 11:30 only customer in the whole place inside and outside cashier texting while taking the order sure enough messes it up, shows attitude when she has to remake it, some companies make me wonder if they just want to go bankrupt on purpose or just dont care about success also salad bar had no cilantro and pico de gallo as well as onions are frozen, only 1 of the 5 booths is clean I like Taco Bueno for the menu and prices but there are so many dining options in DFW their service is a deal braker
