In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. Excellent staff, everyone is efficient and curteius. The food is delicious, fresh & perfect everytime. This location does not skimp on the ingredients. The salsa bar is always clean and fresh. The coke -a- cola is in my opinion the best in town. It’s a fun place to dine in. Its a clean casual atmosphere with a big screen television and clean restrooms. This is a 5 StarTaco Bueno.

This is one of the best Taco Bueno locations. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was hot, delicious, and fresh. The location was very clean and neat, and the staff were frequently keeping up with neat appearance.

The food was hot and it was ready in a timely manner. However, I noticed that in the last month or so, that their food has gotten saltier. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the beans were not edible just too salty for my family and myself! The chips normally don’t have salt and now they do? Idk. Thais is my taco bell but at this rate I may not be eating here anymore all together! Definitely disappointing !

Food was just ok. Meat was dry. On both of my items didn’t have tomatoes. Meat and cheese and lettuce. I love bueno but this bueno was not a hit for me. I do have to say Taco Bueno is my favorite Taco Bell and Taco Mayo so I was a little disappointed in this Taco Bueno.

I ordered two burritos, one without sour cream, a medium drink, and 2 sides of salsa. They gave us the food, then told us to have a nice day without giving us the drink or salsas, whatever it happens, but then we get back to our house and low and behold there was sour cream on both of the burritos and an extra side of it we didnt even order, and they charged us for it! it was a simple request, and they didnt give me the salsas i asked for. The food is good, im just angry that they either didnt listen or dont care to.

Always fresh and friendly service!!! Love me some Bueno especially the one in Tahlequah, I always feel like they are Happy to see me even when they are super busy. I will always go to my bueno and brag!!! You all do amazing, remember when ppl are rude, it’s not you it’s something in them. We could all be a little kinder!!!

Noticed sign on door and found out why when we went inside. Stood at register for a few minutes, never saw one living human being. Completely empty restaurant, not one customer inside or in drive thru. Never had a person greet me at register. After a few minutes of not sure what was going, on we left. Sad, we love Bueno and this newer store.

Make sure you get what you order before leaving. Ordered 2 wholelotta boxes, one with tacos one with burritos. ONLY got burritos and had to purchase another whole box just to get my replacement since my wife can’t eat four tortillas.
