In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. There were several employees there but poor service. Most of the employees were standing around. They kept the drive through going but the dine in was terrible. No apologies just stood there and looked at people in the dine in section. When i approached to ask about getting a refund they hurried up and got my food ready to go as a take out. Very poor service. Hopefully they can get it together.

This place is a joke! Unfortunately door dash uses this location for my address and every single time we receive our food the order is wrong. We drive to the Coweta location as it is by far the best managed location in our area.

Now that tacos are back to almost 3$ a piece. They are only half way filling them. Just spent 30$ on tacos and burritos and none of the tacos are like they suppose to be. It’s like they are giving us party burritos but charging the main price. They don’t answer the phone. Total waste of money

Really wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming to this location. The entire salsa bar tasted old. The chips had literal grease dripping from them. Absolutely the worst location and I live in tulsa so that’s saying alot.

Probably the worst location ever. Ordered from here multiple times and it NEVER fails, there is something missing from the order or the wrong order was given. One time the entire order was completely covered in queso!! Utensils are never in the bag and salsa… I can tell you the exact amount of times we have gotten salsa with our food even when we ordered the gallon-O-salsa, NEVER. Corporate of Taco Bueno it is time for yall to step in and do something.

Horrible food! My bean burritos where basicly just tortillas. Party burritos from other locations are at least double the size of the 3.00 bean burrito. Service was bad as well the salsa bar was messy and didn’t have any cups and the staff acts like you are not even there. 10 out of 10 would not recommend! This is the worst Taco Bueno in all of BA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not ever waste your time coming to this location. Time and time again I think oh I’m gonna give it another chance and every single time they’re either closed for some odd reason that isn’t stated, or they do not have the food that I am ordering. And sometimes when I do actually get food, it’s the wrong thing or it takes an eternity at the drive through and they make you go park so they can bring your food. I just do not understand how this Bueno can be open and operating. It is the most ridiculous Bueno I’ve ever been to.
