Ordered online and picked up drive through. The crispy chicken taco was good but really dry, chewy chicken. Just put in a new batch, yeah? My platter was placed on end so it was smooshed. Can’t forgive that cause it’s too easy.

Apparently closing time is not what is listed you can arrive 30 minutes before closing time only to find the kitchen broke down not serving food along with rude employees inside laughing at you for your inability to order food

Went here twice in the past three days to get food and both experiences were horrible. First time they said their “computer system” was down and when I drove around and saw inside they had shut all the lights off, I’m guessing so they could leave early and this second time I went they had multiple cars in the drive thru and they didn’t answer anyone waiting in line, one employee was outside and a customer even asked why they weren’t answering at the window and taking orders and the employee was just being evasive. Very horrible experience.

Guacamole was almost to the point of turning brown. Substituted items without informing me when giving me my order. When I asked them about it, he dismissed me by saying, ‘I’ve been doing that all day, and no one else has said anything, and there’s not that much of a price difference.’ I paid more for a cheaper item.

Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with zero cars in the parking lot and one car in front of me in line. Called in to the store he told me they were slammed but nobody was there. Pulled up to the window so i can order and the guy in the window has his butt hanging out of his jeans very unclean and unprofessional. Asked if I could order and he told me I can come in to order and he’ll help me if he’s not busy.. asked for the manager a guy by the name of Colby came to the window and was very rude as well and dismissive zero help to the point where I just had to drive away. Will not be coming back to this location. Would highly recommend not coming to this location. Will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. Been coming here for yrs and nenver seen it ran this bad. Colby is the wrong person to be left in charge of that store and it clearly showed tonight.

Always had good experience with one of my favorite restaurants here until today! I go place an order get my food and then I get home to discover I’m missing items so I call 3 times no answer so I get back in the car drive up there to see they’re not busy there’s no reason they couldn’t answer the phone tell them I’m missing 3 items the boy gives me attitude that he has to fix my order and out of retaliation he makes me this sad taco that has next to nothing on it the boy that gives me the burritos was rude so I asked this is $4 for a steak fajita taco and he says yes. I call the store and guess who gets on the phone same guy that says he’s the manager. Well I have news for you, start treating customers better and be more professional don’t like your job find something different because after getting treated this bad i. Will not be going back to the location. So disappointed

Unfortunately this is a location of Taco Bueno that you would be best to pass on! Simply put, during my visit they were in desperate need of mgmt. During my visit, including my family, 5 orders were returned wrong. Place was dirty with not a clean table in the place. Salsa bar was nasty. A bunch of you adults working with no regard to customer service. I typically like Taco Bueno but this was a bad experience.
