place an order online came 10 mins later said my name in the drive thru they were automatically rude, pulled up to the window made me wait 5 mins, not even 10 mins i opened the bag the taco smelled horrible and was so greasy i’m still a paying customer at the end of the day if ur miserable that’s fine but don’t take it out on people’s food !

I go here like once a week. But I’ve stopped, I’m tired of seeing all the boosters in and out of the bathroom. The last time I needed the bathroom and some person that was selling stuff to the workers was in there for like 20 minutes. It should be for customers. Not for the employees connection.

Yesterday I seen the rudest employees ever. Poor customer service is expected nowadays, this was beyond. The manager has no leadership as she was just as rude as her the young girl who dropped the customers food on the floor did not bother to help her pick it up or offered to replace it. I was blown away. That’s just the beginning I just want to do what I can to make sure that this does not go unnoticed . I can’t imagine how these girls act in the streets if they behave like this at work.. and if it was my grandma or My Mom I’d be pissed. I’ll probably just follow up post on the effort that management takes to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
