Well, i am not sure on what planet it is acceptable to place a customers food directly on a tray but certainly not this one!! I was not able to eat about 1/3 of my nacho fries because they were placed directly on the tray. One might say, “but the trays are washed.” Washed and sanitary are 2 different things. If i washed my jeans but then laid them on a dirty floor, are the jeans still clean? If you wash a tray then stack other trays on top, that left over water/moisture will start to form mildew and bacteria. It is even worse when you lay a clean tray on a dirty counter and then stack it (with the now dirty bottom) on top of a ‘washed’ tray.
It is the same concept when you see the cashier handling money (all money is riddled with bacteria, viruses, germs and can be as bad as a public toilet seat or worse…. same with everyones cell phones) and then goes to prepare or hand you your food without a thorough hand washing. The health department needs to crack down and heavily fine these infractions because they help spread diseases and germs.

We stopped here on our late night drive back from Cedar Point. The dining room closed at 11pm and we arrived after that, the drive thru was busy but it was the only option at that time. The food was good, so still 5 star but wish the dining room was open until midnight.
