Went to drive thru. Ordering was easy. We received our food quickly but they left out 1 burrito. Typically I check the order but was a large order for 5 people. Would have been 15 items to identify. Next time I’ll take the time and check it.

Was in shock when my wife and I went in to eat. Floors were dirty, trash on tables and trash all around drink machine. Food wasn’t worth the money. They had forgot one of my items so when I went back to the counter. There wasn’t anyone there nor anyone looking to see if anyone was at the counter. I finally got someone’s attention and asked if anyone was working the counter. She said yes but she would take my order before she left. After standing up at the counter I can see why the front dining area looked the way it did. The amount of trash back in the kitchen area was crazy with crap all over the floors. But thankfully we won’t be back.

The food was good, but only one person was trying to take people’s orders, and clean by herself, while the other guy disappeared on her several times. She deserves a raise. ( in picture). This was today. I could only find one half cleaned table to sit at.

Really good food and extraordinary roof top view of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I had the Lobster roll, delicious. We also had the mussels which were very good. I enjoyed the clam chowder as well .

This is why you should ALWAYS check your order before you leave the drive thru. Got home and realize I only got half of my quesadilla. The lady on the drive thru was rude which is not surprising at all. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

I dined in and accidently put my order in wrong. Juanna was quick to fix my order with a big smile! Restaurant was immaculate and clean. Everybody working were very friendly and helpful!!!!

They advertise the “new Large nacho fries”. Pictured is what you’re SUPPOSED to get vs what you ACTUALLY get at this location. When they screw up and forget a couple of items, they make you wait an obnoxious amount of time before they fix their mistake, then complain very loudly about it in the kitchen… loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear…

After they made us wait 20 minutes for an order, they forgot my potato soft taco. I kindly asked them to provide it, and the scowling guy at the counter angrily slammed a cheese and warm lettuce filled (not to mention poorly wrapped) potato taco onto the counter. Inside I found two lonely chunks of potato – see attached.
I come here a lot. But the crew on Saturday, March 23 2024 is singlehandedly the worst group of employees I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from.

The guy working the drive thru around 7:30pm valentines night was very nice! They were extremely crowded and he handled it very well!
