I ordered food through the Taco Bell app on 7/18, and my DoorDash driver, Jose, canceled my order. He claimed an employee told him that someone with the same name and address already took the food. But that’s not true because I know the neighbors on the 2nd and 3rd floor and they don’t have the same name as me. So I feel like he was lying. . Sounds like an excuse honestly felt like he was lazy or maybe high and just didn’t want to deliver
I didn’t get my food, and my refund didn’t come through for 4-5 days ⏳. Completely unacceptable.
This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be using the Taco Bell app again. From now on, if I really want Taco Bell, I’ll just order directly through Uber Eats or DoorDash

I always have liked this Taco Bell! I’m not from NJ and I’ve been to plenty of Taco Bells and this one has always been nice pretty clean the employees have always been more than ready and willing to fix any mess ups they look you in the eye they’re pretty respectful and even when there’s a long line or bunch of people waiting they usually don’t take long to put the food out!

How do you not have a working customer bathroom ? I ate my meal with my kids and then got denied access to the bathroom. People loitering inside the store also asking for food/money . Unacceptable will never return

I didn’t even realize there was a Taco Bell near by. I ordered on their Kiosk, which made the transaction smoother. Once the food was ready, in about 15min, I was called and made the pickup at their pickup window. Nice and clean, minimal people and wait, and the prices were at a good price point for fast food. I will definitely recommend and be back there soon.

Difficult parking near this store.
Seems like its the better one of the taco bell locations in NJ/NY area.
Did not get fountain soda but they had cans which is still good.
The employees were decent with interaction and my food was in correct quantity and quality.

Honestly food is good, service is alright, could be faster. But overall the environment is what kills this place. Everytime I go a homeless man opens the door for me and other times there is someone who smells inside making a scene or what not. They should just have a security guard for this place to keep people in check.

I just ordered online 6 tacos and I received only 4 & than They tell me that they did the order correctly and keep me on hold for a very long time. I paid for sour cream & tomatoes and I didn’t even have any of it in my tacos. I’m very disappointed. They need to be patient with making orders and not make it sloppy.
