I love the gentleman that works in the morning, if I recall correctly his name is John 🙂 he’s so sweet & kind. I have no idea how someone can provide such extraordinary customer service so early in the morning. I hope he has the best day ever & receives the recognition he deserves!

We waited in the drive thru for at least an hour on Saturday night. One of the employees left for what looked like a break, with 8 cars in the drive thru and a store full of customers. They were not diligent about getting the food out. Once we got to the window of the drive thru, we stared at our food before having to honk the horn for them to give it to us. They were inside talking. When we got our food the food was stale and cold. Not sure who the manager was this night but that was the worst customer service ever. The service here is in a deplorable state, hire some youth who actually want to work and be good at their jobs. Have some pride in what you do.

Best, most polite staff I’ve ever come across food TacoBell! The lady, who probably was manager, served us the food by calling it right away and asked if we would be okay with her cleaning the table adjacent too ours!!! This never happens, even at done in places. Five stars for her service, politeness and courtesy.

I love the food at this place but I think today is my last day here. I wanted my money on an online order and it never went through. I did it again the next week; same thing. I’ve come to the assumption that they only serve expensive food now. If you’re looking for a meal under $7; you are crazy we live in 2025.

This is now the 4th time I have placed an online order for pick up and all 4 times they have somehow messed up my order. It is always the same thing. They do not add the things I payed extra for. This is the worst place and I will no longer be going here.
For anyone placing an online order and you go through the drive through. I suggest you park and ensure your order is correct.
I drove back to work all four times to find that they messed up my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
At this point, I am just done with this place for good!

I usually never have a problem here but last week I ordered a pizza, I was on drive thru.. and the lady charged me for the persons order up front on accident butttttt then she noticed she messed up and said that it’ll re I’mburse me and THEY DIDNT. They charged me twice for the persons order up front and she charged me twice again for two pizzas which declined because whatever she charged me for already got taken out and I used my cash app card with a certain amount of money on there. Then she said it declined……… that was her fault bc who charges someone four times because they messed up and lie about me getting re injured to save her own butt. Disappointed. Figure it out . I understand your job makes mistakes but you saying it declined after you charged me for someone else’s order twice …..? Lmao . I want my refund . For someone else’s food I PAID FOR. Idc the amount . Like are you kidding me ppl. She gave me the pizza too after I told her it’s her problem that she charged me for someone’s order and I just stared at her because I wasn’t leaving without what I already apparently paid for twice that wasn’t even my actual total. Lol

Extremely disappointed in Chicopee, MA Taco Bell tonight. Drive through line was busy so we went inside. Had to order through the kiosk because we received no help. Waited 25 min and we were told our 5 item order still had not begun getting made. Had to have a man yell to grab someone’s attention because no one was paying attention to me, then the manager came up and very begrudgingly and not at all apologetically cancelled my order for me. Workers seemed to have not a care in the world to prepare orders and the restaurant had multiple people in it waiting since before we came. All the while, the drive through was pumping.
Horribly inconsiderate service and very rude manager. Went across the street to McDonalds instead.

Taco Bell Memorial Drive in Chicopee, MASS.
June 23, 2024. My son and I walked from Planet Fitness to Taco Bell to ruin all our hard work, but we were tired. About 0.6 from Planet Fitness, there is a simple sidewalk passing a few companies and restaurants. The Taco Bell is a pretty normal Taco Bell. There were leaking pipes from the ceiling and the floor was remarkably wet and slimy. Nobody helped us and I assumed the kiosk was the way to go. The choices were simple and we ordered what made sense to us. No printed receipt though. So I had it emailed to me. The worker who prepared our food didn’t use the name we gave them and just looked at us telling us our food was ready. We ordered Dorito and regular tacos in a box plus the fries with cheese sauce. No drink for us even though a sign said clearly that we should order a drink. We had a discussion about the healthiness of Taco Bell compared to other fast food. I know when I was young it we nicknamed it Toxic Hell but now I consider it a bit more healthy than a McDonalds since you get more veggies and meat with only a simple wrap. Anyway, it was a post workout feast that we could bring some home. Thanks Taco Bell!
