This is a duel Taco Bell, Long John Silvers. Rare to find in Central NY. We love the “Fish and More” 2-3 fish, fries, cole slaw, and hush puppies. Yummm. Fast service. They were busy for lunch time but the food came out very fast. Calling our name seconds after getting my fountain soda.

Horrible. Crunchwrap supremes both were so flat barely anything in it. Meat was to one side my daughter couldn’t even eat the whole thing cause there was nothing to eat. I got 2 steak burritos those were very flat as well, barely any rice at all, few piece of steak thats it. So spicy with the sauce they put on it I couldn’t even eat all of it, I have asthma so little hard to breath when sometimes is very spicy. . It was so bad it was dipping out I throw it away. Cantina taco had.2 pieces of chicken in it and rest was just lettuce and whatever they put in it .
Nachos was stale, I asked for extra cheese and sour cheese but they went over the top, appreciate the extra sauce but little to much. For some reason nacho were more spicy that burritos and nacho aren’t suppose to be spicy at all.
Throw that away as well. Literally only thing out of everything we got my bf’s chicken tacos were the only ones that had decent amount of stuff in the taco and tasted good. Over 70 dollars in food and half of it went in the trash. Probably never go here again. This wasnt the first time our food was bad, just haven’t been a while so we went figured to try it again. Next time ill go to Wendy’s!!

You guys need to pull it together. I ordered a power bowl with extra avocado ranch and it was soaked right through to the bottom of all the food. I couldn’t even eat it. The burritos were stood up in end in the bag so they literally balled up in the bottom of the bag. The burritos were wrapped so poorly that the contents were spewing out onto the wrapper and other contents in the bag. Some of the burrito shells looked like they had been walked on. Like actual shoe prints. Check the pictures. This is ridiculous. I paid almost $40 for food that none of us will eat. And we are without a car right now so I asked for a ride. I can’t just go back across town to pick up a new order so that was $40 just wasted. I would Loooove a call from customer service. Like please. Reach out.

We dined in for the first time, we usually get take-out and it’s always poor quality. This time the table was so sticky you could wax someone’s arm hair with it I swear. And to top it all off I went to eat my leftovers and found a black hair in my sour cream (that I paid extra for). I spend $43.37 for bland burritos and hairy sour cream

Me and my boyfriend come in quite often because I work primarily nights and nothing is open as late as taco bell. I came here tonight, like any other day, and ordered our usual order. I then hear in the kitchen one staff member say “Addison needs a large cup” to another staff member, when she acknowledges the staff member adds “They’re here every night, because they have nothing better to do” right in front of my face! I’ve never been treated this horribly from a place that I FREQUENT! I don’t come because I particularly like taco bell all the time. It’s out of convenience and price. I’ve also never written a bad review about a place, but this was deliberately rude and disrespectful, especially because I was standing right in front of them.

Three different occasions now I have gone to the Oneida Taco Bell to get a cheese quesadilla for my daughter. The first time there was shredded cheese in the quesadilla but was never heated/melted. I could not go back as we were now miles away. The second I ordered and sent to my daughter as I was working and my husband was not feeling well. This time they put chicken in it. I have submitted pictures of order and what I got. Despite not wanting to go back, my daughter asked so we went in to pick up a cheese quesadilla. Before leaving we opened up the quesadilla to find a flour quesadilla, no cheese, no nothing. I’m done with ordering from a place that can’t get an order right in a consistent basis.

I go to this location more than I care to admit… I know my order is probably a pain. I make a bunch of mods… I’m sorry. Either way the staff never gets it wrong. They probably have it memorized and are like “this guy again” but they always make it right. It’s always delicious. The whole crew deserves a raise.

Ordered Beef Grande Nachos with extra guac thru the drive thru. What i got? Chips with a HUGE disgusting blop of refried beans, a little bit of sour cream and NO GUAC!!!

Workers gave grey chicken nuggets that were at least a few hours old and were inedible with a strong odor, when we pulled back through they gave us a refund because they have no more to drop fresh?
