This is no longer a Long John Silvers location. They never pick up their phone so we had to go there. It’s just a Taco Bell. We didn’t stay to eat since we were looking for fish on a Friday. Disappointed that no one attached to this business can change this listing or AT LEAST a person can answer the phone. This is obviously a restaurant that didn’t try and I’d be hesitant to spend my money to try the food

This is the best TB. They always take their time to make sure my order is made well. We usually group order so sometimes the order can be large. I appreciate that I get quality food every time. I could care less about the wait if my food comes out looking like the pictures. lol
They are also very pleasant. Always greet me and send me off with a smile. Great experience every time.

Ordered 3 supreme luxe boxes and ate at the restaurant. Food was cold l, hence not tasty. They missed one item in each box and did not inform us until we asked. Reason was black beans were not available. Should’ve told us before delivering food to us.

Unfortunately multiple items in my order were made wrong. No lettuce with my potato’s,tomato’s on my tacos and tomatoes on my crunch wrap along with two quesadillas being burnt and made wrong . So in reality our whole meal was messed up. When the Crunchwrap was brought to staff attention and staff member tried to argued with to the point a manger had to step in.

The most disorganized service possible. We watched as they mixed up 3 orders in a row. They then lost our order from the system and could not find it. Took over 30 minutes to get tasteless slop.

Worse Taco Bell in CT. Always gets my orders wrong. They close early almost every day. Out of hot sauce 50% of the time. Needs to be shut down.

I sat in line for 30 minutes behind two cars and when I finally got to the window I had to wait another 20 minutes for a mobile order placed 46 minutes before that wasn’t ready. I waited another 15 minutes sitting at the window before I received my food. After two weeks I’m still waiting to hear from Taco Bell after emailing them at the email address I was given. This place never answers the phone! Worst managed restaurant in Connecticut!!!!!
