TACO BELLLLLL!!!!! Okay, in all honesty they are super packed, probably need to clean their tables more, and their service can be really bad sometimes but I guess that’s normal for taco bell.

the worker with the blonde hair and blue highlights and septum piercing was so rude !!! put in an order for a cheesy rollup and waited 30 min. asked 3 times for an update and she kept being snappy and saying they had so many orders. another worker was so helpful, but septum girl nah.

BEST Ever!!! The staff MADE my birthday! I drove from AZ to taste the Baja blast pie drink and it was Amazing! I am a TB super can. The coffee chiller could compete and win vs Starbies. Bless the staff for the most delicious food and specialty drinks! Thank you for being awesome!

Mexican chocolate churro chiller is now one of my favorite drinks and the place look really nice it’s kind of set up like a Starbucks ice cream parlor sort of, a little different than the normal Taco Bell for sure another not very pricey for their drinks which I was glad to see! I will definitely be visiting this place soon and I don’t live close by living Anaheim so that’s telling you something! And I forgot to mention that you order through a kiosk which is fine so you can take your time and pick what you want without being rushed.

Pretty good. I went to the drive thru so YMMV. Intake lady was very polite and patient as I am quite mercurial, especially with passengers. We were quickly served and when I admittedly forgot to ask for no ice in my Agua refresca the workers promptly gave me a new drink no questions asked. I will say though that my experience with the crunch wrap supreme wasn’t so great since there isn’t much meat, but still pretty good.
Instead of being left with nebulous stares i was gifted with warm smiles and polite staff.

Whoever was working on 11/6/25 @ 10pm was either not sober or needs to be replaced. THEY HANDED US SOMEBODY ELSES CREDIT CARD???? Like I dont think they gave it back to the person ahead of us… we did online, no payment…. It took them almost an hour to get through 7 cars. Handed us our food, not our drinks. We waited. We asked for our drinks THREE TIMES WHILE WE COULD SEEEEEE THEMMM and just that took them 2 min to hand us, as they sat in front of us in the window chatting.

this taco bell is THE slowest taco bell i’ve ever been to. even when i order online, i still have to wait 15+ minutes after the “supposed” completion time. it said it would be done at 5:05 after i ordered on the app but i didn’t receive it until 5:25. this has happened to me not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. and it’s not even that busy inside. i get that it’s a live mas cafe but i literally only order stuff on the actual taco bell menu.
