This is the best Taco Bell in the United States.
I go here way too often for my own good, but it’s a result of the consistently great quality of food and personnel working at this location. I should have left a review probably a year ago but the staff (who has changed people over the last year) has been great. They’re always so pleasant to talk to no matter who it is. And whoever is working in the kitchen putting the food together has been crushing it.
Seriously.
I exclusively use the app for rewards and deals and it’s basically always ready by the time I get there within minutes.
Seriously, I’m a fast food connoisseur and these guys crush it.

Kevin was very kind and helpful with our Taco Bell App issue. We were at the Red Bluff location and had the same app issue however the manager was not willing to help. We understand they have no control over the app in store. However, as managers they do have the ability to override charges and give discounts. Kevin was able to honor the apps issue and help us with our issue. 10/10. Give this dude a raise!

I don’t know about the atmosphere.Because I always buy the food to go. I generally get the five dollar box which has a taco a burrito a drink, and the little cinnamon curls. I just wish they’d let you have two crispy tacos, because I don’t care for the burritos. Well, the burritos do taste good for me. Personally it’s too much flour tortilla

Always fast, always clean. Easy, user friendly computerized ordering inside with ample sized screens, large buttons, all the extra options you can think of are thought of for you and offered before completion with vivid pictures ensures no mix ups!

Everything was pretty good except that I still don’t like the size difference between soft drinks and frozen drinks. Both of these are large. Keep sizes the same and change the prices. Of course, you would probably increase it to above $5 for the frozen drink.

Kiosk ordering only and if you are paying cash, you have to get someone’s attention and try to get them to come to the register so you can pay. FYI they will not start making your food till after you pay. So don’t be like me and complete the order on the Kiosk and then wait, you will be waiting for nothing! I think I’m done with taco bell
