Had a late night craving for some taco supremes and went to the drive thru at 1:30 AM. This is not a normal situation for myself. As it being so late l was apprehensive as its common for service and food quality anywhere to suffer at those late hours.I was pleasantly surprised to see that was NOT the case at all. The lady taking the order was extremely nice and friendly.Also the food was perfect, nicely packed and looked ready to film a commercial. I dont do many reviews period,but I felt it was definitely needed as they really did a fantastic job when they could have gotten away with way less.

Food is good, even after being in the fridge. Sometimes they pack your stuff unevenly or messy, but that depends on who does it. The atmosphere is very nice, comfortable, while also having friendly service. Would recommend.

Well they make you use the kiosk to order your food and I ordered at the kiosk and waited for about 10 minutes for them to tell me my order wasn’t there and to re order so I left without eating anything. Honesty that was the last time I am going to a Taco Bell ever again. The prices are a lot higher and the kiosk ordering did it for me I’m done with Taco Bell.

I was impressed with this store. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken soft tacos with no lettuce and added pico. It was no problem, they repeated the order and had it correct. Drove up paid for it and stopped in the parking lot to eat them. The serving was great, wasn’t cheaped out like many locations. Tastes great ! Enough so, that I had to leave a good review. Too many places just don’t seem to care. But this one has got it right !
***Update*** I went inside recently because I wanted to sit down and eat. Apparently you have to order from a kiosk and that kiosk doesn’t seem to have everything I needed or a way to customize it.
I stood at the counter and NO ONE would help me. So I finally got someone’s attention and she was like , “well you have to use the order screen, we can’t take it at the counter “. She was clueless.
Taco Bell, if this is how you’re going to do business, bye-bye……

1st off why don’t they put sauces you ask for in your bag? I’ve learned not to leave the parking lot without looking in the bag. I can live with that though it’s just a little frustrating. Last week though I can’t accept what happened, I reached out to the corporate office and they just sent a generic reply back saying thank you for contacting us sorry your experience was not good. We found a sharp piece of plastic in one of the tacos, luckily my son was adding some of the sauce I had to go back inside to get or he may have eaten it.

Wondering if I am paying extra for the attitude, or is that free? I placed an order online. The app stated that pick up via drive-thru was unavailable. When we arrived, a sign on the door said the lobby was closed. My son went to see if we still needed to pick up inside and was told to go through the drive-thru. Okay, we get to the box and I tell the guy working I had a mobile order. He asked for my name, but couldn’t find it. I guess the app abbreviated my first name and they couldn’t figure that out (even though my last name was on the ticket). I get to the window and the guy tossed the food to me and slammed the window closed. Seriously? I will drive to the TB in Magnolia from now on because this one is terrible.

I ordered two soft tacos. They couldn’t do that. Then I asked for one and they charged me for all the 3. I won’t be going back. I would rather not eat then deal with disrespectful people I would love to hear from corporate about this. I would also love to talk to the general manager. The service is a ok not great.
Had placed mobile order and had mentioned for sauce they missed it.
The place is situated close to Walmart so ideally shop and eat there makes sense.
The food was also ok.That is why less ranking on food.
The place can make an effort to improve the food quality and service.
The parking on site is next to Walmart so if the place is crowded folks can park and walk across.
Had placed order on the app so the pick up was fast.
Suggest to have the app order to get things done faster.
But the flip side is they might miss some thing.

Done with Taco Bell. Food marginally prepared and prices ridiculous. Cena mexican restaurant across the street has better food for a better price. I recently compared a Cena meal to a comparable Taco Bell meal and the Taco Bell meal was more expensive and you can guess the quality difference. Other than speed of delivery, I can’t see how these fast food places stay in business. No quiero Taco Bell.

Cant speak to a clerk to order. Use tablets. Food sizes half of what they use to be. Prices double. Looks like they are trying to be a starbuck labels on my soda cup. A third of waiting room has become a beverage bar.Terrible design, terrible implementation
