I don’t typically leave reviews but after the amazing experience I had today I have to give credit where it’s due.
I’ve had a long day from work and wanted to get something to eat. My order was literally made to perfection with care and the customer service I received from ASHARI was outstanding! She helped me with ordering my chalupas and got me a better deal that saved me money. TIMES ARE HARD OUT HERE . She was so friendly and welcoming.
This 5 star review not only goes to ASHARI but it goes to the night crew as well. I believe that her team is a reflection of her ability to manage and proof that the night crew definitely gets the job DONE!
I’ve come to many locations where I’m not even talked to at the window, it’s just me holding my payment and the worker just takes my money and hands me my food. I’ve managed fast food restaurants in the past and have been part of the night crew. This experience took me back down memory lane and reminded me of all those shifts we made the best out of. The simple act of just being kind to one another is what the world needs that right now.

This location uses and AI for the drive thru and I wanted to pick up my mobile order and my daughter who was driving was going to order through the drive thru. (Mobile order for deal)
To not confuse the AI through the drive thru by asking to pick up a mobile order and place one, I decided to select my pick up at the counter and once she got her food she would pull around and I would go in and get mine.
I placed my order and then we headed to the Taco Bell. After she ordered and we pulled around to the window, it started storming. Not raining, or sprinkling, storming! Like the very fast onset of dark clouds and thick rain with plants and trees blowing sideways.
When she paid for her order I asked the drive thru attendant if I could get my mobile order through the drive through because of the sudden onset of the storm. She seemed ok with it but another lady who maybe was the manager came to the window and said sorry no you can’t do that.
I showed her my order on My phone and said please I was going to go in and get it but you can see it just started storming. She smiled and said sorry sweetie you’re just gonna have to get out and get it from the counter.
I just can’t believe the lack of customer service and just being rude and mean for no reason. She saw it start storming and just wanted to be rude and make me get out in the rain.
I got soaked and so did my box of food. Then to top it off I go to eat the food and it’s gross. The taco tasted like a chemical or like it had been on a recently cleaned counter and the meat in the burrito was cold.
Horrible experience and very sad for me because I was so hungry and excited but got left hungry cold and wet.

Jordan!! I called last night to make sure they had reopened after their remodel. Jordan answered and had the best customer service, told me they were waiting to service us and come on in. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Of course when I arrived at the store the staff greeted us with a warm smile. And you could hear the employees getting along and laughing, enjoying their shift. Jordan delivered our food to our table and made sure we had all the things we needed. The store looks great and staff was great! Thank you for finishing off a great night!

The manager was really nice and the inside was really clean .we talked to her for a bit and go to know about how crazy there first days where and how famous they got. Love the atmosphere she gives.

I ordered my food 30 minutes ahead of showing up. I get there. I have to wait another 20 minutes. I asked them multiple times if that’s everything in the bag get home no, I’m missing an item. Just love this crappy location so much

I have given this location multiple chances thinking it could be certain workers, in the morning ,in the evening and at night. I have even tried on different days and EVERY single time they fail. I also never leave reviews but this is unacceptable they need to just be shut down . It’s crazy I have even came on different days and times the food was still was made terribly.

The customer service has greatly improved. The staff actually acknowledge you and welcomes you. However, the food preparation needs help.
Chicken trips and fries were overcooked so much that we only had a bite and threw away. The tacos were good, must be that it can’t be burned. Even their new Agua Fresca was more water than fruit flavor.

Employees were surprisingly friendly and hospitable. I have lived in the area for many years and been to this Taco Bell many times, so I know what to expect when it comes to service. However, when I told the employees they had left off some of my order, they immediately fulfilled my order, gave me coupons for free tacos, AND threw in an extra taco and side of cinnamon twists. Less to say, that this Taco Bell location has hired the right people and must be treating them half way decently to justify the customer service I received. And if you aren’t treating them as well as you can, then you should be!!
