For a nationwide fast food chain, this place looks like it’s just been abandoned with a few straggler employees wandering around filling half orders whenever they feel like it. If I was a business owner, I would be embarrassed at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of care that this place shows on a consistent basis.
Over the past few years, it’s just gotten worse and worse. Most of the time, the order is wrong. Most of the time, you’re waiting for 15-20 minutes for a single item. If you try to tell them they screwed your order up, there’s a good chance the employees will argue with you and refuse to listen to what you’re saying. Sometimes, they’ll forget about the drive thru entirely and leave customers sitting in their cars waiting for extraordinary amounts of time. Once, they were just randomly closed in the middle of the day with no explanation. I stood in the lobby for at least ten minutes with no employee in sight today, just waiting to have them fix an incorrect order. At 3pm on a Saturday, there was just nobody at the counter.
I don’t know if management just completely gave up on this location, but the few employees I’ve seen looks dead behind their eyes. And it isn’t like this everywhere – just in Port Angeles. I really wish whoever is in charge of this location would do an overhaul of management and revitalize it, because they’ve destroyed whatever it could have been. Good leadership would do wonders, but apparently nobody cares enough.

I guess this is what slow roasted chicken cheesy dipping burritos look like…but without sauce included in the order cuz it’s rocket science to put things into the bag. Ask for Dr. Pepper, they give you cherry coke. This should be $2 instead of $10+. Gotta love fast food place

We have always had to check our bags to make sure there is nothing missing but now it feels absolutely necessary to tear open my food to make sure that there is a complete portion of chicken in my chicken quesadilla instead of literally half of it being cheese, half of it being chicken. With items being So expensive with up charges every year it’s actually ridiculous to forget anything in our orders or Skimp out on portion sizes when a quesadilla is $15.

This place is consistent! Consistently bad. God forbid you’re in a rush or craving something specific because, chances are, it’ll take half an hour or they’ll lose half your order. We got two beefy five-layer burritos today, and they decided to replace the sour cream with onion! Good thing we’re not allergic.
Something has got to happen here management-wise because it’s been over a year of this. Unfortunately, it’s our only option on busy days.

We doordashed Taco Bell tonight, and when we got our order not only did we order two Cinnabon Delights and only get one, we got charged for something we didnt order, AND we got the wrong taco. $26.00 for this mess! We called them, they apologized and said they would call us back. They never did. This was when we found out we got the wrong taco and a charge for a random item, and they let the phone ring, picked up, sat there for a few seconds and hung up. We called again, and they did the same thing. By the 3rd call, they declined it. We called from a different cellphone to which they almost immediately answered (shocker). They said to come in and get free food tomorrow, but we dont have the time for that. Doordash and Taco Bell are pretty expensive. I dont know what these workers are taking dude

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – the specialty box came with a drink, fries, beefy melt, taco, and a chicken chalupa. The food overall was good as long as you enjoy this type of food to begin with. My SO doesn‘t care for thicker breads so didn’t care too much for the chalupa.
Ambience: 4/5 – typical fast food chain decorations. You definitely feel the inspiration from both taco bell and KFC. Since there were so many customers coming in and out, some tables were sticky and dirty though.
Service: 3/5 – they tried really hard to serve the customer and deliver the food but they seemed very short staffed where everyone is doing everything but no one specializes in their station. The Taco Bell side seems fairly quick but the fried chicken takes a while.
Value for price: 4/5 – decent price, okay food, but not the fastest service

If I could, I wouldn’t even give them one star customer service is so horrible. The manager and staff are very rude. They are always out of just about everything. They don’t want to help people.
Very immature. Every time I’ve ever been in, I’ve always had a problem. If you plan on eating at this establishment plan to be there over an hour. Waiting for an order.
And even if you do get that order
They are always out.
Of food.
How can you be a KFC and not have any chicken? Whoever owns
This location should have their franchisee license strip from them if that’s even a thing!!

Crew members were non communicative. I arrived at 6:05 pm and left at 6:45 pm. They didn’t notify me of not having Mac and cheese. So I sat there for 40 minutes. Onto of that they forgot the sauce as usual they forget stuff everytime, you have to wait forever everytime. Just very inconvenient and disappointing

Ordered through DoorDash and received our order totally wrong and inedible. I ordered some items vegan and they came with cheese. A hardshell taco was tossed in the bag upside down and unwrapped. Nachos were missing half the ingredients. No sauce packets were included as requested and the “Mountain Dew” was essentially soda water. Yikes!!!

First time at a KFC/Taco Bell. Menus have same numbers to describe combos so if the correct restaurant isn’t clarified you might get a Taco Bell order when your intention was KFC, and vice versa
