So picked up a 3 piece tender drove to the harbor opened the bag disappointed that they forgot the dipping sauce when I opened the box I was disgusted the chicken was greasy and there was no crust on it like the picture shows, literally nothing . I went back to KFC they said the tenders always look like that I asked what about the picture and they said that was marketing, the greasiness was due to I ordered it to early in the day . Yes the pic shows a 4 piece i ordered the 3 piece. The manager was very kind to refund my whole order told him he didn’t need to but he insisted.

No option to order online or go inside and order, and the wait time is always like 20 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered the cantina chicken crispy taco ( which is a very simple item) and they did avocado ranch instead of chipotle. It was slightly burnt and smashed to a crisp, I’m not sure what they even did to it for it to look like this.

Ordered 2 box meals. Handed a “bag” because they are out of boxes and only 1 meal in the bag. When I explained I had paid for 2 meals, got told “oh, sorry. I’ll have her make another one.” When received my second “bag”, small cheese and no chips. When asked if I could get the chips, another lady came over and said “I put the chips in the bag.” I showed her the bag and said, nope. With an attitude she grabbed a small thing of chips and handed them to me. This is the only time I have ever reviewed a restaurant but come on people!

I am moving across the country and a day behind schedule, after towing a 6×12 for 6 hours mostly at night and completely in the fog/ mountains and missing my campsite check in I am pretty over the day but the guy who took my order was super nice and even offered to bring my food to my truck for me when I told him I’d be back inside in a bit since I didn’t want to leave my pets in the truck alone, the food is same quality as any other fast food is but this guy made my life a lot easier and my night a lot better, give this guy a raise (wish I would have got his name but he’s working right now)

Poorly managed. Orders can take over an hour, even if you order on line. Chicken should be cooking all the time during busy periods and not as ordered. Being the only KFC in a 100 mile radius, this store is always busy.

How is this place always out of main ingredients? I can’t think of anything they weren’t out of at least once. The employees are nice about it tho. And they usually overcompensate with replacements. So I guess it’s not all bad.

I went to this Taco Bell today, placed my usual order, asked for the veterans discount, as usual, and I was told that this Taco Bell stopped honoring veterans with a discount because people who were not veterans were getting the discount. So I said, well, you can ask for the customer’s veteran ID, and then the answer shifted to “we aren’t allowed to provide the discount because it is a form of discrimination”. Well, that’s a first. And the last time I will go to this Taco Bell.

We Ordered four cheese rolls up and waited over a hour for them in the lobby . The lobby was utterly disgusting with not a single table slightly clean and every trashcan was over filling where there was trash on the floor through out the lobby. I watched several people stand in line for over ten min before getting any help with many employees walking up to the terminal to do other thing instead of taking orders as they line up out the door, as well as several people cleaning their own tables to sit down eat. In our hour of waiting I watched one employee actully make the orders inbetween their phone time as they were all actively on there phone more then actually doing their job. As someone who worked in the fast food industry lots of times this is ridiculous I have never seen a group of people work so slow and unbothered in their life. Their drive time was at 40 min for one car as well. I have never seen an establishment this gross and poorly managed/ran. Save your money.

It is nice to have 2 options for food under one roof. I think it is more of a KFC because you can use your Taco Bell app to order food.
