Girl taking our order had an attitude and was just rude.. After receiving the wrong order in the drive thru we went inside to grab the correct order and this is how we received it, Cold, soggy and a complete mess didn’t receive our cheese for nacho fries all of our tacos were smashed and covered in sauce. Cynthia, the blonde haired girl in the drive thru is absolutely just rude. Everytime we come here they get our order wrong, even if we REPEAT IT several times. Its almost like its on purpose. These people think because they live in a small town they can hand out terrible service and I dont think thats right. I didnt receive my Baja blast, was told it wasn’t on my order, and then had the window slammed on my face. Horrible location. It sucks that this is 1 of 2 of the only fast food places in silverton.

Edit:7/11/24 whoeever was working drive through, if they arnt a manager they should be. Very kind and provesional and knowledgeable. I gave this tbell another chance and they made it worth it. Turned a old 1 star review up to a 3, would be a 5 but we’ll see what consistency happens. Also compliments to the line chefs.
What seemed to be the manager said this is how fresco items are made and nothing is wrong with it. After many condescending comments she agreed to remake it, after I “specificied” how I wanted it made since this is how they come apparently. Not in my many times eating tbell have I ever had this experience. I’ll normally eat it if it’s a bit messy, this was bean soup on a taco. Didn’t even have Lettuce. Both items dripped as I walked them in.

TERRIBLE!!! My food was cold right after getting it. Not to mention, they gave me a random beef taco when I had ordered three chicken and three potato? Absolutely ridiculous. I paid $18 for tacos to have little to no filling absolutely ridiculous I can not believe it

I’m the type you get what you pay for and I know it’s fast food so my standards are low, but holly smokes this was so gross. It’s drenched in mayo. The spicy slaw wrap I got was drowning in coleslaw. I did make sure I called to inform them of the poorly made food and I’m about 45 mins away from silverton Taco Bell/ KFC. The women asked I come back so she can make it right and bring in the terrible food. I have no problem doing that but it would need to be tomorrow as I live far away. She said per her policy it needs to be brought back today so she can make it right. Obviously isn’t in my schedule. I’ve tried this Taco Bell a few times and it’s just gross. Go or don’t go, I don’t really care either way. Just sharing my experience. Lower ur standards when it comes to fast food but not to the point u can’t eat the food you bought lol.

I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, the red headed girl read my order back to me incorrectly 3 times and I told her no that’s not right so she finally fixes it and then proceeds to give me 3 incorrect items. My husband went back to say “we order stackers and you gave us double stack tacos” she goes “the stackers are on the kfc menu…” he said “no they are not. Stackers are on your value menu and she proceeds to say she “needs the tacos she gave us back in order to remake it” Finally they remade the food but the service and food was awful:/ there was barely any meat in the burritos and on my Doritos locos tacos.

On Sunday Jun,8,25 about 1:15 pm we stopped to have a quick lunch. It took us at least 30 min. To get through the line with only 4 cars ahead of us!! I couldn’t believe it so husband went inside to see the problem thinking it was busy inside,no customers were inside! What took them so long is beyond me,but they need to figure something different out to make it fast food that people stop for!!! I’m not from Silverton and will not be back to this TacoBell!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The only way they have a rating over 1 star total is they must farm reviews out to people because this place IS TERRIBLE. Whenever I forget how bad they are I end up going and getting nothing close to what I ordered. I actually remember being shocked once that my order was correct. They are consistently out of items, they take a very long time in the drive thru for simple orders and do not give you a receipt when they charge your card, without labeling the items so you have to make a mess in your car trying to verify if they got it correct (which they almost certainly didn’t). The manager and owner of this place should be ashamed but of course they’re not since this has been going for years.
Go ANYWHERE else. Getting corn dogs from one of the minimarts will be a better experience than this.
