It would not let me put 0 stars or a health risk option. I’m not one to complain but we received horrible poor service. The line cook lady gave me attitude for an adjustment to a Crunchwrap. I said no tostada on my Crunchwrap given I have a sensory processing disorder, the woman came back twice to complain about my preference in my order. The first time the young man submitted the order to remove the tostada, she told him she won’t do that. And refuses. People make requests all the time, I have came here for 15 years and this is the first time it’s gotten this extreme of a reaction. After the remark the young man (who seemed to be new) offered the best option to be is a build your own quesadilla.
I have had this disorder since I was a young kid and cannot eat crunchy/hard foods. I have lived here locally for years and never once experienced this level of belittlement. I speak Spanish and I heard every word she said.
The young man taking my order thank you for your hard work. You weren’t at fault.
Long story short. We just wanted a Crunchwrap without the tostada due to my sensory processing disorder. The lady refused to accommodate for me.
I now see there are tons of reviews on here of other people being treated disrespectfully. The ableism here is disgustingly profound.
Also my quesadilla did not have extra of anything like I ordered.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Please correct your employees and enforce accommodations for your customers.

I stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes. Watched people in the back take care of drive through. 3 employees watch by the front counter never acknowledging I was standing there nor asking if I wanted to order something. I eventually watch out with out ever interacting with an employee or being able to order food

The times we have ordered take out, they always get our order wrong or forget something and we have to drive back for it. The food is good but the workers need to pay attention to what they are doing

If any of you ever get the chance to come here, I hope you get to experience the pleasure of interacting with Liliana. My wife craved Taco Bell a lot while she was pregnant, but I haven’t been here since my son was born 7 months ago, and the second Liliana saw me her face lit up and she asked how my wife and baby are, so I shared the latest pictures with her. She gave me some great advice on being a father, and as I drive away, she’s brought a tear to my eye. I wish I could do more for her than just leave this review. She is the type of person who I hope and pray I can raise my children to be like one day.

10 stars. I don’t usually rate Taco Bell, but this one I have to. I was greeted immediately and very professional! I don’t EVER get THAT kind of treatment! I shall return, soon. Thank you KFC/Taco Bell for hiring Robert M. Please consider hiring more people like this!

I know this is a fast food chain. But it’s the employees that make or break each store. This one has a man named Luis (I believe) running the front counter. It’s employees like him that make a store great. He is so attentive and polite. He provided GREAT customer service. Thank you! Definitely coming back to dine in.

Food is full of new stuff constantly changing. Staff is most important looks like young kids from college or high schools very efficient and alert, didn’t even force me to buy any item for using their restroom. Great location and walkable right at the corner of Stelling and Hollenbeck opposite to Bank of America. Most importantly it shares the store with KFC thus you can get both under one roof, how nice!

The worst store I’ve been to after 3 years. Their service and food are the worst. I don’t know how there are people who recommend this place when I have the worst experience. Their workers are new and incompetent. They don’t know what they’re doing.

I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito with no sour cream. It was given to me with beef I went all the way back to get the correct order only to come home again to have it have sour cream now they won’t answer the phone. And when I went back there was no cars no one inside and I don’t know what is so funny about me having to come back but all the employees were laughing after the girl took the receipt back and had to remake it. Ever had a problem until now 00 stars

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Tacobell! After placing my order, I dared to request a cup for water, and guess what? The cashier had the audacity to declare that they don’t hand out cups for free; you have to purchase a drink to access the fountain water. This is beyond ridiculous and marks the first time I’ve encountered such abysmal customer service at Tacobell.
To add insult to injury, the cashier argued that it costs them money to provide water and free cups, which amounts to a measly 5 cents or even less. Fellow customers witnessed this absurdity and rallied behind my plea for a simple cup of water.
As if that wasn’t enough, when I asked to speak to the store manager or owner, the cashier had the nerve to claim they were the manager and had the right to deny water to customers. Apparently, the owner was too important to bother with my “poor complaints.” I suppose I’m deemed poor because I chose to dine at Tacobell, invest in their business, and have the audacity to ask for a basic necessity without shelling out for an overpriced drink. Water is free at every other Tacobell location, but this one seems to operate in its own twisted universe of customer disdain. Unbelievable!
