Normally a good experience. Unfortunately, this time was underwhelming. (Taco Bell side) Ordered a #6 and 2 Taco Supremes extra meat and cheese. The #6 came out fine and my daughter was happy. For the other 2 tacos, I got the extra meat and cheese in the tacos but no sour cream and tomatoes. Sad face for the sour cream. It wouldnt have been so bad if I got the hot sauce. I was asked if I wanted some, I gave my preference and unfortunately I got none. 3 stars over all because my daughter enjoyed the meal. Little disappointed because I didn’t get what I paid for. The gentleman that served us made use feel like we were bothering him because we came by. Maybe thats why I didn’t get any hot sauce. What do I know though.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I live fairly close to this establishment, the food is good as well like my personal favorite 7 crunchy tacos, 8 piece chicken bucket with a side of fries. Overall this place is amazing

This place never fails to provide good food and the orders have never been incorrect. Keep up the good work. The only complaint I have is that they may be slightly understaffed. Maybe hiring one more person would help alleviate some stress in the workplace.

The past several times I have ordered drive-through here they have either left off or given me the incorrect items. Strangely, they NEVER make mistakes in my favor. Always in their favor. The food is the standard, awesome Taco Bell fare.

This location doesn’t know what they are doing. KFC at location as well. Tried to order a simple big box and gave up after 5 attempts. After that fiasco, they didn’t give any silverware that was required. Charged full price for happy hour drink, then received it overflowing and leaking. Staff was upset when I asked for a napkin to contain it.

Average location. One star for service because this location has never complied with City of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 187030 since it was passed more than a year ago by placing unrequested single use plastics in to-go orders. Do better please!
