Not a great visit. Apparently the cashier didn’t want to log on to the functioning register, so I was asked if I had cash. I responded that I did, but would rather use a card. I was told they were only taking cash, so I paid cash. The next customer that walked in used his card! When I got my order, which was the three Supreme Tacos meal, I opened the first taco, only to discover it was literally only half full. The second taco was barely better, and the third was actually pretty close to the top. I took the worst one to the counter and brought it to the attention of the manager. The manager gave a disdainful look to both me and the taco and said they could remake it. As the manager walked away and tossed it in the trash, I said that all three tacos were alike, they either didn’t hear me or didn’t respond. A moment later, they called over to say my taco was ready. It was full like it normally should be! The food tasted pretty good! But if I’m paying $9+ for a taco meal, I shouldn’t have to fight to get more than maybe $3 worth of tacos. The photo I posted is of #2 taco. I didn’t get a picture of the empty one.

Took advantage of the Tuesday deal, eight pieces of fried chicken for $10!!! Service was fast and customer friendly. The dining area was clean and pleasant. The Food is the best here if you like fried chicken. I had KFC for the first time in 1969, when I visited relatives. And loved it. Even after 55 years the food is still great .

Yikes. I get that it’s “early” (if you count 10:30 early), but none of the employees here seemed to wake up on the right side of the bed today!!!
I said good morning, coming in. Got no response. Said thank you when I got my order, and complimented the girl on her nails before asking for some ranch, and she turns and walks away from me – ignoring my question. I had to watch as two other employees looked directly at me and then turned away as well before the girl looked back at me and I asked my question – again.
After my meal, I went to use the restroom. It was locked. So I went to the counter and again, got ignored by THREE employees until I finally yelled in one’s direction “CAN I USE THE RESTROOM PLEASE?!” and she snottily tossed the key in my direction.
Idk who the manager is, but they need to reel these children in and give them a lesson on manners and customer service. I’ve been in CS for 18 years and never treated a customer as disrespectfully as these ones did to me. Unacceptable.
Gave two stars only because at least the food was decent.
Also – who leaves all of these cones in the doorway and leaves one door locked (the left door that happens to have the most room to walk)?! There is no way this is ADA compliant and should have been the first thing moved before they opened this morning. SMH.

Bad customer service, ordered online after requesting order was told to pull up to window with lots of cars in front of me, asked about food being brought out at parking slot was told I could park and enter establishment if I desired, rude what is the point of ordering and paying ahead of time

06/03/25- This is review is for KFC because Taco Bell food is gross no matter where you go.
The staff are always great, the restaurant is always clean and the food is hot, fresh and delicious every time we eat here.They care about their chicken!!

This place is fast but not accurate with full filling your order. Also, I had to wait like 10/15 mins for the cashier to get the manger to open the restroom.

I have to say the service and food quality has greatly improved over time. My recent visit was a pleasant surprise becuase even though they were fairly busy my order was exactly as I ordered it (I had special request on nearly every item in a big order). Not only that but the food was prepared almost before I had filled my drinks. Additionally the restaurant was very clean and the food tasted fresh. A job well done guys!
