Drive through closed due to issues. I get that 100%. What I don’t get is why there were 6 people working and the lobby was filthy. We even asked for a wash cloth which I was give wipes. Then I told the girl expediting food. She walked up to the bussiest order taker and told him to clean the lobby. She then disappeared again. It’s sad this place is fully staffed and has people in place that cant give direction and are Unwilling to help each other to be successful.it would have taken less time for her or anyone hiding in the back to clean the lobby before hiding.would recommend again closing the lobby to retrain staff. The floors were not swept or mopped e ery table had something on it. The sad part is the locals have become used to it.

Only Taco Bell that I’ve been to with a full cocktail bar with local IPAs. So funky so cool! I guess the bar just opened and the bartender is just getting acclimated to the beer selection but we were patient and she was sweet. I got the breakfast burrito supreme and a Chelada & Hornitos boilermaker. Reasonable prices but I wish they’d bring back the fresh salsa bar. I do like that children are not allowed on the bar side. I wish all fast food would slow down and get a bar like this place.

I know people are looking for people who want to work and getting supplies is hard BUT this place is filthy, straw wrappers on the floor, food under the seating area, the light covers are dusty, no hard shells, only sauce was Fire and Diablo. Not great the food is edible. Its like they took the worst out kfc & Taco Bell , and combined them. Really wish they wouldn’t combine the restaurants every one I’ve been to hasn’t been great. Focus on fried chicken or tacos. Pick one of the another.

Second time in a row I got food poisoning from this taco bell. The girl at the drive through window is obviously a tweeker and always has attitude. Basically throws your food at you through the window. Won’t be going back there anymore. Hopefully they don’t send the old staff to the new taco bell in Benson.

I think Taco Bell should just close all its doors absolute rip off.. I just paid $15 for two steak and rice burritos that were the size of a taquito and I asked for extra extra extra meat because Taco Bell is always so chinsy.. the entire burrito was filled with condiments and toppings and only two bites of meat. And it was nowhere near the size of a burrito It was the size of a taco. If I wanted a condiment burrito I would have asked for one but I didn’t I asked for a steak burrito!! This entire meal for $15 was not a meal It was a bunch of condiments and toppings not even real food! Taco Bell if you can’t afford to feed your patrons go out of business! On a brighter note the atmosphere and service were great. But the food I can’t even call food, I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog.

Staff and service was amazing. They were quick and polite.
Unfortunately the food was bad. And that’s saying a lot considering you don’t have high expectations for taco bell fast food to begin with. The taco shells were stale, the lettuce brownish and wilted and even though I’d ordered 2 doritos locos supreme they were not made the same. One had everything but the tomatoes, the other had the tomatoes but was missing the sour cream.
