I know no one views Taco Bell as a real Mexican restaurant but I really think the bean burritos are pretty good and a rare vegetarian option at a fast food place. The bathroom had a couple paper towels on the floor but it was fairly clean. The reason why I didn’t give a better rating is that they’re offering free food to anyone giving a five star rating so I’m offsetting any fake five star reviews that may be present.

Amazing experience at this Taco Bell/KFC! I have been to other restaurants and there is a night and day difference from service I have received at other restaurants. The service was top-notch—fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The lobby was spotless and well taken care of, which really stood out and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to see a place that takes pride in both customer service and cleanliness. I’ll absolutely be back again soon!

Absolutely great experience at this Taco Bell/KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing from both menus. Service was fast and friendly, and the staff did a great job keeping everything moving smoothly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the better locations, will be coming back!

Ordered chicken tender meal that was horrible that I would not feed my dog. No receipt, rude response when I asked for Root Beer or Dr Pepper telling me they only serve Pepsi products. Not only bad food & serve but not very intelligent with the products. I just left there, so who ever is working now can take all this credit!

Took a while for the 3 cars in front of me to place and get their order. Finally I ordered a taco party pack half soft half hard shell. All supreme, a blue slushie and a bean burrito. The cashier dropped the slushie on the counter after filling it put the lid on and tried to hand it to my husband. My husband handed it back and said “can you fill it?” Since about a third was missing. Then we were told to move forward and park out front. We waited 26 minutes to get our food. I checked to make sure we had everything but I should have opened a taco cause there was no tomatoes on any of them. Another customer also waited the same amount of time to get his correct order, cause he was given someone else’s order. An employee pulled in and asked us what we were waiting for, we told him and 2 minutes later he walked out with both ours and the other customers order.

So sad how the food quality has gone down hill over time. Been a few years since I had KFC and was really looking forward to it. Food came out like it was freeze dried and brought back to life. Not the ORIGINAL RECIPE I remember. Hopefully the “local owners” read this and make corrections before another KFC closes down.

The lady taking our order was very grouchy, she didn’t even ask us the basic stuff like our drinks and if we wanted sauce. I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos, it only came with one and the nachos I got were stale and the beef was dry. The same lady taking our order also was very rude to us the previous time, she messed up our entire order and when we asked to get the correct items we PAIED for. She got pissy and said no, she said we either take it or leave it. We definitely won’t be going back again, i hope she gets fired.

Went for take out as drive thru not ment for large trucks. Waited for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged in dining room. Cashier had issues finding what I wanted as “menu changed monday!” Watched multiple employees standing around on phones or talking. Had to verify order 3 times even being the only person in dining room. Why offer dine in if you can’t properly serve customers? Food is well tacobell food same as every other store I’ve been too. Only advantage is they offer KFC as well. Only stop as last resort the stores further in town seem to be better managed and are open later. And I’m not sure what they are but they a supposedly tacos. And the 3 piece chicken tenders turned into a 2 piece but still paid full price for something I wouldn’t feed my dog much less my family.
