There is reason I gave it a reason for me , giving it a to a three.
My first complaint was that the taco salad was so small.I had to go get something else just to get full on it.
My next complaint is the employee that was behind the counter.But it’s very rude , but I don’t know about any of the other employees.
And my last and final complaint is there is a gentleman standing on the corner there between the restaurant and home depot sleeping in tent daily. I have had him come up my car with my kids in the vaccine , they got severely and, extremely scared and made them think that he’s going come and get them.

Long wait line for drive through. I ordered from both the KFC and Taco Bell menu. They forgot my order for the Famous Bowl which I discovered when I got home. I called them and told me the only way to fix it was to come back in for either a replacement or a refund. I live over 20 minutes away, so this was a major inconvenience. I went back a week later, and they offered to refund the item I missed or wait 10 minutes for my food. Really not worth it for a mistake that they made.

The Freeze looks fantastic on the menu, very pretty. We “splurged” on the regular. Very tiny cup. But yummy.

This is the level of quality you can expect from here. This is the Chipotle Chicken Taco which typically comes with 1 piece of chicken as the protein. I got the end of a piece of chicken for my meal due to absolute laziness by the employees. It’s not even half of a finger worth of a chicken strip.
I’ve been here many times and am trained to check my bag before leaving the window as it’s not uncommon for a majority of the meal to just be missing. But I’m reasonable, I understand things happen and so I have not taken the time to leave a bad review.
But it appears that whomever is managing this franchise has allowed the quality to drop to such a level that it has become okay for their employees to cut corners (in this case the entire order).For what? Quicker turn around times? Super unfortunate, I’ll find the corporate site and be sure to report it to them as that’s the only way change will come to this place.

Really clean dining room. Friendly staff, Ethan was really sweet and easy to strike up a nice conversation with, and I could see coworkers having a good time in the kitchen. One of the best taco bell experiences I’ve had in years as well, based solely on the food- everything tasted fresh and portions were good. Everything was wrapped well also, not messy!!

The Drive Thru worker was repeating my entire order every time I added another item almost if he was playing some sort of weird game. I would add an item and he would start repeating the entire order every time I added another item making it much longer to take my order. By the end of my 6 item order he had repeated my order 3 times and he wasn’t being serious. It’s almost as if he was trying to be over helpful to annoy me as a customer. I could clearly tell he was doing this to try to be funny to fellow employees. If I was the business owner I’d be very upset. I had to correct one item and he tried to pretend to over exaggerate ‘oooooooooooooh’ when I changed it. I got to the window and saw exactly who it was. I’ll just go to the other Taco Bell. The guy acts like this restaurant is his comedy show.

They accidentally forgot two of my items from my order and my fiancé was stressed out about it, my kids were hungry and tired. I was stressed out to the max.
Luis made sure that my problem was handled right away and made sure that I didn’t have to wait at all. The restaurant was packed from the register to the door and the seats were filled. The drive thru had atleast 20 cars in it. Wrapped all the way around the drive thru to the Home Depot parking lot. People were clamoring and causing a massive amount of stress on the store. But the team was communicating together and working together flawlessly, but it was specifically because Luis was directing them and handling everything perfectly. I was really impressed and will return to this store every time opposed to the other ones I’ve dealt with. Luis should be the general manager of this location hands down.

took so long to get to the window that everything was soggy. asked for a remake of the tacos and they had me go inside and ask to not hold up their line. then proceeded to take 20 minutes to remake the same tacos. customer service is not that hard and neither is your job so do better next time.
