Ordered a 3 piece soft combo and a 3 piece Doritos combo. The 3 soft asked for no veggies on them including lettus, came with lettus but the staff as freindly and quick to fix it. Found a hair in my Doritos taco wrapper didnt bring it up just ate everything else we had and left. Given how filthy both in the customer eating area and in the cooking areas are its no surprise. If I did bring it up and get a replacement I didnt trust that it woudnt come with more than it should. Spills and trash just scattered about. Ate in and was there for 30-40 mins didnt see one workers attempt to clean tables of sweep/mop the floor. Looking at under the tables and the filth that is caked at the table mounts looks like this places hasnt had a deep clean in a very long time. The soda fountain area a complete mess. The carpets on the floor also looked like they havent been clean in a very long time.

I usually avoid taco bell because of the ridiculous prices they have now, but once in a while I will give in to the craving. I ordered a famous bowl, a five layer burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. The first issue was that the famous bowl was missing, so I had to go in to the restaurant to get it. The famous bowl has four small pieces of chicken in it. Then I opened the quesadilla bag to find that it was not a chicken quesadilla but a cheese quesadilla that was mostly just tortilla. Then, saving the best for last, the five layer burrito was tiny as always, half the size they were when they used to cost a dollar. Once again I’ve decided I am done with Taco Bell, until the next time I have a false hope that I might have a good experience there for once…

Giving am extra star because at least the young lady was super nice and friendly. Not her fault the line crew is terrible at assembly. Cravings boxes are never in boxes like other taco bells, they are always behind so door dash or grub hub is paused, and the food…. always wrong or half assed. Definitely needs new management or for current management to motivate the crew better…something. I mean….this is not how I remember the tostadas of the 90s. Table spoon of beans, 2 table spoons of sauce, sprinkle of cheese…. bummer.

I just ordered what was apparently $25 worth of food (3 soft tacos, 2 chicken soft tacos, nachos and Mexican pizza, no drinks) I get it, all the fast food places have gotten ridiculously expensive. Most of the food looked fine, but then I open this. What was this supposed to be? Honestly I did nothing other than open the bag. There were no other toppings that fell out, just….this.

TWICE I ordered Burrito Supremes and other food. The second time they replaced the bean burritos I received for Supremes and after talking the person in charge to make the correct order I got home and they sent bean burritos AGAIN.
This location struggles almost every order I’ve gotten from them. Check your orders thoroughly before pulling away from the window.

never normally picky but i truly hate when nice people just suck at work, all the staff is super friendly but can never seem to get an order right wether it’s one taco or 4, this has happened multiple times before but this time we were missing 2 tacos and 3 of the 4 cheesy rollups were stuck to the paper and got ripped apart when i tried to open it, 26 dollars and i ate nacho fries and a burrito everything else sucked
