It feels so much brighter and more welcoming now. The atmosphere is really nice and family-friendly, and the food I ordered looked perfect – fresh and well-prepared. They’ve improved a lot since the last time I visited.

My wife and I came to eat here and had a really nice time. We ordered from the Taco Bell side, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

There are kiosks where you have to order your food so the employees can ignore you. If there is a problem there is nothing they can do, if they ran out of something there is no way to know until they tell you a long time later. They have no way of fixing it. When you order from the kiosk “it is paperless” so you have to give them your phone number or email and name. After they get your phone number or email the employees just yell out random numbers because they don’t get your name from the machine. When I went there there were 11 people sitting. Nobody was eating. They were all waiting for their food. One guy got a notification that his food was ready and was upset because he had been waiting for more than an hour. A young lady started yelling at the customer “I didn’t say that! There is nothing I can do!” ect…. On the rare occasion that the food does come out it’s usually wrong. I saw a customer return something and they remade it correctly but instead of telling the customer they just left it on the counter. The guy that waited for more than an hour asked for a refund. The manager gave him an email and said that’s all we can do. Finally when I got my food the soda machine didn’t work. I had to get the attention of an employee because they try their hardest not to acknowledge customers and told one of them that the soda machine didn’t work. They said they knew. That’s great but that’s not going to give me a drink. I asked so wheee do I get a drink. Begrudgingly they said the machine for the drive through works so they have to fill my drink. It has been a long time since I have been to this restaurant it’s going to be a long time before I go again.

I ordered in the drive-thru, service was extremely slow. I received my order, nothing in the bag I received was on my receipt, it was all old food that looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. I returned it with the receipt to show what I had ordered, simply requesting the items from my receipt that I had not received and the girl at the window gave me something totally different. This is now twice that I’m not receiving the items that I ordered. I asked again for the items on my receipt and the girl goes to get a manager as if I’m being difficult or as if I’m a disgruntle customer who was demanding things without cause; when I was only asking for the items that I had purchased. The manager was gaslighting me as if the items I’d ordered where not on their menu or on my receipt and I had to describe the food items from their menu in order to receive them. Avoid this location! They are slow, rude with no customer service training and apparently don’t know their menu items and can not read a screen or receipt to fulfill orders.
Finally got my food and this is how it looked. I’m calling their corporate office in the monday. #playwithyourmomma

We went through the drive thru. Order a box and didn’t even get everything that was supposed to with my chicken cantina box. We got some burritos and asked for no sour cream, still had sour cream. Either way there shouldn’t be any attitude in customer service area. Just because you aren’t in a happy mood doesn’t mean you have to target the customer with those attitudes. Or simply just don’t work at fast food chains with poor attitudes in general. I’m sure you’ll be happier some where else and maybe cheer up buttercup too.

I got the taco bell options and they totally skimped out on fillings. One of my tacos was missing half the meat on the taco. I will not be going back.

Service matches the food bland and something always missing.
What’s the point of taking our own orders if your still going to get it wrong and then not want to help fix it or when I wait at the counter for almost 10min and about every employee walked passed me not asking what I needed!

Absolutely horrible kfc. Cold wrong chicken. Got 4 pcs of cold dark meat instead of 6 white meat. Also missing 2 sides and 1 of the 2 they delivered was wrong and only received 1 drink as well.

The man who took our order was very rude from the get-go. He was rude to every single customer that walked in while we were at the restaurant. I was told that the KFC side was going to be a 40 minute wait even though the chicken was just taken out of the fryer. My spouse’s tortillas were somehow undercooked and my burrito was overcooked. I had to pick off pieces of the tortilla for the burrito to be edible. I thought about going to replace the burrito but the man taking orders from earlier was already in a terrible mood. This was overall a terrible experience and I highly doubt we will attend this location again.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had. The tacos completely fell apart right when you touched them because they were so soggy and had nothing in them. The burrito was not edible whatsoever, couldn’t even chew it plus everything was so cold. Sodas tasted like water. Just threw everything away because I’d rather not get food poisoning. Not to mention the drive thru takes about an hour just for nothing.
